Abstract

В некоторых вариантах осуществления настоящего изобретения анодное устройство содержит (a) корпус анода, характеризующийся наличием по меньшей мере одной наружной боковой стенки, причем наружная боковая стенка выполнена с возможностью задания формы корпуса анода и охватывания по окружности полости в корпусе анода, причем полость содержит верхнее отверстие на верхней поверхности корпуса анода, при этом полость заходит в корпус анода в осевом направлении; (b) стержень, содержащий первый конец и второй конец, противоположный первому концу, причем второй конец проходит вниз и заходит в верхний конец корпуса анода и в полость корпуса анода; и (c) герметизирующий материал, выполненный с возможностью закрытия по меньшей мере части по меньшей мере чего-либо одного из следующего: (1) внутренней боковой стенки корпуса анода; (2) верхней поверхности корпуса анода; (3) стержня и (4) опоры анода.
