Изобретение относится к физико-механохимическим процессам переработки избирательных видов отсевов гранитного производства путем технологии получения минерального волокна на основе шихты горных пород с производством из нее силикатных расплавов с последующим раздувом размерных или бесконечных волокон или нитей. Технический результат изобретения характеризуется механоактивацией сырьевой смеси до полной гомогенизации как смеси шихты, так и расплава. Способ производства минеральных волокон включает шихтовку компонентов, образованных из отходов производства горнорудной продукции на основе гранитоидных пород, плавление с последующим раздувом из расплава волоконной нити, при этом компоненты шихты вводят в виде отсевов основного щебеночного производства в составе гранитоидных пород и метадиабазов, с содержанием петрогенных окислов, сопоставимых с базальтами и андезибазальтами субщелочного ряда, при этом механоактивируют компоненты шихты фракцией от 0,0001 до 160 мкм с числом Fr-(Фруда) не менее 6-9 в течение 30-90 с и осуществляют гомогенизацию путем смесеобразования с содержанием компонентов, мас.%: диориты - 64-79%, граниты - 10-13%, гранодиориты - 6,3-8,5%, метадиабазы - 4,3-6,4%, и начинают плавку не позже чем через 60-3600 с непосредственно после механоактивации при 1050-1150°C с последующим раздувом из расплава волоконной нити.The invention relates to physical and mechanochemical processes for processing selective types of screenings of granite production by the technology of obtaining mineral fiber based on a mixture of rocks with the production of silicate melts from it with subsequent blowing of dimensional or endless fibers or threads.
