Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к способу получения углеводородов C2 и C3, предусматривающему a) подвергание смешанного углеводородного потока, содержащего средний дистиллят, на первый гидрокрекинг в присутствии катализатора первого гидрокрекинга с получением потока продуктов первого гидрокрекинга, b) подвергание сырьевого потока второго гидрокрекинга на второй гидрокрекинг в присутствии катализатора второго гидрокрекинга с получением потока продуктов второго гидрокрекинга, причем второй гидрокрекинг является более жестким, чем первый гидрокрекинг, и c) подвергание сырьевого потока гидрокрекинга C4 на гидрокрекинг C4, оптимизированный для превращения углеводородов C4 в углеводороды C3, в присутствии катализатора гидрокрекинга C4 с получением потока продуктов гидрокрекинга C4, причем гидрокрекинг C4 является более жестким, чем второй гидрокрекинг, при этом поток продуктов первого гидрокрекинга, поток продуктов второго гидрокрекинга и поток продуктов гидрокрекинга C4 направляют в разделительную систему, которая производит: сырьевой поток второго гидрокрекинга, отделенный от потока продуктов первого гидрокрекинга, сырьевой поток гидрокрекинга C4, отделенный от потока продуктов второго гидрокрекинга, первый рециркуляционный поток, возвращаемый на первый гидрокрекинг, второй рециркуляционный поток, возвращаемый на второй гидрокрекинг, третий рециркуляционный поток, возвращаемый на гидрокрекинг C4, водородный рециркуляционный поток, состоящий из Hили Hи углеводорода C1 и возвращаемый на первый гидрокрекинг, второй гидрокрекинг и/или гидрокрекинг C4, и поток продуктов C2 и C3 углеводородов C3-, где сырьевой поток второго гидрокрекинга представляет собой поток углеводородов C12-, исключая углеводороды C10-C12, имеющие бициклические структуры, где первый рециркуляционный поток представляет собой поток углеводородов C13+ и C10-C12, имеющих бициклические структуры, где сырьевой поток гидрокрекинга C4 представляет собой поток C5-, C4- или iC4-, где второй рециркуляционный поток представляет собой поток C6+, C5+ или nC4+, где третий рециркуляционный поток представляет собой поток nC4+ или C4+.
