Abstract
Изобретение относится к области автомобильного транспорта, а именно к информационному воздействию на транспортные потоки. Динамическая система формирования транспортных потоков является способом взаимодействия между водителями, состоящим из устройства, определяющего масштабно-координатное географическое положение и характеристики транспортного средства, периферийного оборудования, состоящего из устройства ввода-вывода, передачи, получения и просмотра текстовой и графической информации, посредством которого водитель вводит и передает системе заявку на поездку, а в ответ получает от системы предписания об условиях ее реализации, и центрального оборудования, имеющего программно-аппаратный комплекс, рассчитывающий условия реализации поездки исходя из данных о сумме всех заявок водителей, и отличается тем, что водитель после регистрации в системе в своей заявке на поездку сообщает набор критериев поездки и устанавливает приоритеты между ними, а система в ответ рассчитывает и передает водителю предписания осуществления поездки в виде множества различных вариантов, каждый из которых содержит уникальный набор критериев, и водитель в случае согласия выбирает один из предложенных системой вариантов, а в случае несогласия или изменения в любой момент времени осуществления поездки корректирует исходные критерии и приоритеты между ними до тех пор, пока система не предложит в ответ устраивающий водителя вариант поездки, после чего система фиксирует этот вариант в своей базе знаний и осуществляет контроль его выполнения водителем вплоть до завершения поездки, по факту окончании которой система осуществляет калькуляцию действительных затрат на поездку.The invention relates to the field of road transport, namely the information impact on traffic flows.
