Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к области металлургии, в частности к сплаву на основе алюминия, а также изделию из указанного сплава и может быть использовано при получении изделий электротехнического назначения при производстве кабельно-проводниковой продукции для электропроводки зданий и сооружений. Техническим результатом является увеличение технологической пластичности проволоки, полученной из предложенного сплава за счет образования компактных частиц железосодержащих фаз эвтектического происхождения. Сплав содержит железо и кремний, при этом он дополнительно содержит по меньшей мере один элемент из группы, включающей никель и медь при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%: железо 0,3-1,0; кремний 0,04-0,15; никель 0,005-0,2; медь 0,1-0,3; алюминий - остальное, и характеризуется структурой, представляющей собой матрицу, образованную алюминиевым твердым раствором, в котором равномерно распределены железосодержащие частицы в количестве не менее 1 об.%, имеющие средний размер не более 3 мкм, при этом суммарное количество кремния и меди в сплаве не превышает 0,35 мас.%.The present invention relates to the field of metallurgy, in particular to an alloy based on aluminum, as well as a product from the specified alloy and can be used to obtain products for electrical purposes in the manufacture of cabling and wiring products for the electrical wiring of buildings and structures. The technical result is an increase in technological plasticity of the wire obtained from the proposed alloy due to the formation of compact particles of iron-containing phases of eutectic origin. The alloy contains iron and silicon, while it additionally contains at least one element from the group comprising nickel and copper in the following ratio of components, wt.%: Iron 0.3-1.0; silicon 0.04-0.15; nickel 0.005-0.2; copper 0.1-0.3; aluminum is the rest, and is characterized by a structure that represents a matrix formed by an aluminum solid solution in which iron-containing particles are evenly distributed in an amount of not less than 1 vol.%, having an average size of not more than 3 microns, while the total amount of silicon and copper in the alloy exceeds 0.35 wt.%.
