Abstract

Композиция содержит в мас.% от массы композиции: от 30 до 60% модифицированного крахмала, содержащего высокоамилозный крахмал; от 20 до 30% муки; от 5 до 20% декстрина; от 2 до 10% немодифицированного крахмала и от 0,01 до 2% карбоната.
