Abstract

Описан способ получения формальдегида, включающий: (a) окисление метанола воздухом на установке получения формальдегида, получая в результате формальдегид-содержащий поток; (b) разделение указанного формальдегид-содержащего потока на продуктовый поток формальдегида и поток формальдегидного сбросного газа; причем поток сбросного газа, необязательно после обработки на установке очистки сбросного газа, проводится на одну или более следующих стадий: (i) получение синтез-газа, (ii) удаление диоксида углерода, (iii) синтез метанола или (iv) синтез мочевины.
