Abstract

Согласно настоящему изобретению предложено модифицированное растение Gypsophila, содержащее цветок, имеющий измененный фенотип, где указанный цветок, имеющий измененный фенотип, содержит повышенное количество β-каротина, причем повышенное количество β-каротина представляет собой концентрацию β-каротина, по меньшей мере в 2 раза превышающую концентрацию β-каротина в контрольном цветке Gypsophila, и способы отбора модифицированных растений Gypsophila.
