Abstract

Настоящее изобретение представляет резьбовое соединение для трубы или трубопровода, которое имеет нелипкую поверхность и которое предотвращает возникновение ржавчины и проявляет превосходные устойчивость к фрикционной коррозии и воздухонепроницаемость даже в среде с очень низкой температурой, без использования смазочного компаунда, способ его изготовления и композицию для формирования твердого смазочного покрытия на резьбовом соединении. Твердое смазочное покрытие (24), сформированное из композиции, содержащей связующий материал, фторсодержащую добавку, твердый смазочный материал и антикоррозионную добавку, наносят в виде покрытия на самую верхнюю поверхность полученного обработкой покрытия на контактной поверхности по меньшей мере одного из ниппеля и муфты. Даже будучи подвергнутым воздействию среды с очень низкой температурой, твердое смазочное покрытие (24) может сохранять адгезионную способность и проявляет смазывающее действие, может предотвращать возникновение фрикционной коррозии резьбового соединения и может также обеспечивать воздухонепроницаемость после свинчивания.
