Abstract
Данное изобретение относится к изделию, полученному при помощи литья под давлением с раздувом и ориентированием, содержащему полиэтиленовую смолу, в присутствии катализатора Циглера-Натта, при этом полиэтиленовая смола имеет мультимодальное распределение молекулярных масс и содержит по меньшей мере две фракции полиэтилена, А и В, фракция А имеет более высокую молекулярную массу и более низкую плотность, чем фракция В, каждая фракция готовится в разных реакторах, по меньшей мере из двух реакторов с последовательным соединением, при этом фракция А имеет индекс расплава HL275 по меньшей мере 11 г/10 мин и максимум 20 г/10 мин, как это определено в соответствии с ISO 1133, условие G, при 190°С и при нагрузке 21.6 кг, за тем исключением, что использовалась заготовка 2.75 мм; при плотности по меньшей мере 941 кг/ми максимум 946 кг/м, как это определено в соответствии с ASTM 1505 при температуре 23°С; и полиэтиленовая смола имеет индекс расплава MI2 по меньшей мере 1.5 г/10 мин и максимум 3.0 г/10 мин, как это определено в соответствии с ISO 1133, условие D, при 190°С и при нагрузке 2.16 кг; при плотности полиэтиленовой смолы по меньшей мере 950 кг/ми максимум 965 кг/м, с измерением в соответствии с ASTM 1505 при температуре 23°С.
