Abstract
В настоящей заявке описан способ термического крекинга или парового крекинга углеводородов, включающий перенасыщение углеводородного жидкого или суспендированного потока в устройстве высокой скорости сдвига потоком газа, содержащим пар или водород и при необходимости один или большее количество углеводородов С-С, для формирования перенасыщенной дисперсной среды и введение перенасыщенной дисперсной среды в реактор термического крекинга или парового крекинга для генерирования потока продукта. Согласно некоторым вариантам реализации способ дополнительно включает введение перенасыщенной дисперсной среды в контакт с катализатором крекинга в суспензии, псевдоожиженном слое катализатора или неподвижном слое катализатора. Согласно некоторым вариантам реализации катализатор крекинга смешан с углеводородным жидким или суспендированным потоком и потоком газа в устройстве высокой скорости сдвига. В настоящей заявке также описана система для термического крекинга или парового крекинга углеводородов.
