Abstract
В способе получения высших спиртов, т.е. спиртов С, из синтетического газа сначала осуществляют реакцию синтетического газа в гетерогенном реакторе (А) предварительной конверсии спиртов с использованием катализатора синтеза спиртов, в результате которой в качестве основного продукта получают метанол в концентрации, равной или близкой равновесной концентрации. Затем выходящий поток из реактора предварительной конверсии смешивают с непрореагировавшим влажным рециркулирующим газом и осуществляют его реакцию в гетерогенном реакторе (В) для синтеза высших спиртов, содержащем катализатор синтеза высших спиртов, и, в заключение, выходящий поток из реактора для синтеза высших спиртов разделяют на (i) непрореагировавший синтетический газ, который подают обратно в реактор для синтеза высших спиртов, (ii) метанол и легкие спирты, которые подают обратно в реактор для синтеза высших спиртов, и (iii) конечный продукт, содержащий высшие спирты.In the method of producing higher alcohols, i.e. alcohols C, from synthetic gas, firstly, the synthetic gas is reacted in a heterogeneous reactor (A) of preliminary conversion of alcohols using an alcohol synthesis catalyst, as a result of which methanol is obtained as a main product at a concentration equal to or close to the equilibrium concentration. Then the effluent from the pre-reforming reactor is mixed with unreacted wet recycle gas and reacts in a heterogeneous reactor (B) for the synthesis of higher alcohols containing a catalyst for the synthesis of higher alcohols, and finally, the effluent from the reactor for the synthesis of higher alcohols is divided into ( i) unreacted synthetic gas that is fed back into the reactor for the synthesis of higher alcohols, (ii) methanol and light alcohols, which are fed back into the reactor for the synthesis of higher alcohols, and (iii) the final Recreatives Products containing higher alcohols.
