Изобретение относится к области материаловедения, а именно разработке способов получения композиционных наночастиц графен/медь, предназначенных для разработки электропроводных нанокомпозитов на основе наночастиц графена и металла, и может быть использовано в качестве электродов в устройствах микро- и наноэлектроники. Задачей изобретения является разработка более простого и экологичного способа получения композиционных наночастиц графен/медь с улучшенными значениями сопротивления по постоянному току. Поставленная задача достигается тем, что в способе получения композиционных наночастиц графен/медь, заключающемся в восстановлении соединений меди в присутствии графена, наночастицы графена диспергируют в этиловом спирте, затем к полученной дисперсии добавляют водный раствор сульфата меди и восстанавливают соль меди борогидридом натрия.The invention relates to the field of materials science, namely the development of methods for obtaining composite graphene / copper nanoparticles, intended for the development of conductive nanocomposites based on graphene nanoparticles and metal, and can be used as electrodes in micro- and nanoelectronics devices. The objective of the invention is to develop a simpler and more environmentally friendly method of producing graphene / copper composite nanoparticles with improved DC resistance values. The task is achieved by the fact that in the method of obtaining composite graphene / copper nanoparticles consisting in the reduction of copper compounds in the presence of graphene, graphene nanoparticles are dispersed in ethanol, then an aqueous solution of copper sulfate is added to the resulting dispersion and the copper salt is reduced by sodium borohydride.
