Abstract
Способы пеногашения в способах переработки углеводородов включают этапы обеспечения пеногасителем и введения пеногасителя в процесс переработки углеводородов с целью ингибирования или регулирования пенообразования в процессе переработки углеводородов. В частности, данные способы можно применять в способах коксования, в отношении пенообразования в коксовых барабанах особенно. В некоторых вариантах осуществления настоящего изобретения пеногасители могут содержать множество углеродных наночастиц. В определенных вариантах осуществления настоящего изобретения антифрикционные присадки могут содержать высокомолекулярные алканы. Преимущества включают помимо прочего более эффективное ингибирование пенообразования, более эффективное снижение уровня загрязнения продукта или предотвращение загрязнения продукта, более эффективное снижение уровня отравления катализатора или предотвращение отравления катализатора, увеличение объема нефтеперерабатывающего производства, расшивку узких мест установки коксования, а также снижение затрат и последствий применения чрезмерного количества антивспенивателя.
