Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к устройству для гидротермической варки высушенных, лигнифицированных, содержащих лигноцеллюлозу биомасс, в частности, таких, которые находятся в форме тюков, состоящее из варочной емкости (13) для принятия тюков (5) биомассы, с загрузочным отверстием (1) для тюков (5) биомассы, а также с разгрузочным отверстием (2) для удаления обработанной биомассы из варочной емкости (13), причем по подводящему трубопроводу (14) внутрь варочной емкости (13) через заливные патрубки (15) может быть подана предварительно подогретая водно-кислотная смесь, и образовавшийся при гидролитической варке гидролизат может быть выведен из варочной емкости (13) через выпускной канал (12) для гидролизата, причем в варочной емкости (13) размещено по меньшей мере одно стационарное или подвижное нагнетательное устройство (4) для предварительно нагретой водно-кислотной смеси, и в области днища варочной емкости (13) размещен сетчатый и направляющий элемент (6) для отделения жидкого гидролизата от твердой биомассы.
