Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к обогащению и/или идентификации фетальных клеток в пробе материнской крови с использованием лигандов, специфичных для фетальных клеток, и/или гибридизационных зондов, специфичных для фетальных клеток, где лиганды или зонды в первом раунде обогащения направлены на эндотелиальный/мезинхимальный маркер, например на CD105, CD146 или CD141, а во втором раунде обогащения они направлены на эпителиальный маркер, например на цитокератин, такой как CK7, CK8, CK18 или CK19.
