Abstract
Пиразолопиридиновые, пиразолопиразиновые, пиразолопиримидиновые, пиразолотиофеновые и пиразолотиазоловые соединения, которые пригодны как аллостерические усилители активности/позитивные аллостерические модуляторы метаботропного глутаматного рецептора подтипа 4 (mGluR4); способов синтеза для получения этих соединений; фармацевтических композиций, содержащих эти соединения; и способов применения этих соединений, например, для лечения неврологических и психических расстройств, связанных с дисфункцией глутаматергической нейротрансмиссии.
