Abstract

Описана отливка из сплава белого литейного чугуна и способ получения такой отливки. Описан также сплав из белого литейного чугуна. Упомянутая отливка имеет после обработки на твердый раствор микроструктуру, включающую железосодержащую матрицу из остаточного аустенита и карбидов хрома, диспергированных в матрице, при этом упомянутые карбиды составляют от 15 до 60% объемной составляющей отливки. Состав матрицы включает от 8 до 20 вес.% марганца; от 0,8 до 1,5 вес.% углерода; от 5 до 15 вес.% хрома; и железо в качестве баланса (включая неизбежные примеси).
