Abstract

В заявке описан способ получения потока закачиваемой воды с контролируемой минерализацией и управляемым содержанием анионов сульфата, пригодной для закачивания в нефтеносный пласт нефтяной залежи, включающий стадии: а) подачи исходной воды, общее содержание растворенных твердых веществ в которой составляет от 20 000 до 45 000 ppm, а концентрация анионов сульфата составляет от 1000 до 4000 ppm, предпочтительно от 1500 до 4000 ppm, на опреснительную установку, имеющую несколько модулей с мембранами обратного осмоса (ОО) и несколько модулей с мембранами нанофильтрации (НФ), при этом исходная вода находится под давлением в интервале 350-1250 фунт/кв.дюйм (абс.), и разделения исходной воды на подаваемую воду для ОО мембранных модулей (далее "ОО подаваемая вода") и подаваемую воду для НФ мембранных модулей (далее "НФ подаваемая вода"); б) при необходимости, повышения давления ОО подаваемой воды до величины давления в интервале от 900 до 1250 фунт/кв.дюйм (абс.) перед подачей ОО подаваемой воды в ОО мембранные модули и удаления ОО фильтрата и ОО концентрата из ОО мембранных модулей, причем ОО мембранные модули работают либо в однопроходной одноступенчатой системе, либо в однопроходной, двухступенчатой системе, и объемный выход ОО фильтрата составляет от 35 до 75%, предпочтительно от 35 до 60%, если исходить из объема ОО воды, подводимой к ОО мембранному модулю, так, что общее содержание растворенных твердых веществ в ОО фильтрате составляет менее 250 ppm, и концентрация анионов сульфата составляет менее 3 ppm; в) при необходимости, снижения давления НФ подаваемой воды до 350-450 фунт/кв.дюйм (абс.) перед подачей НФ подаваемой воды к НФ мембранным модулям и удаления НФ фильтрата и НФ концентрата из НФ мембранных модулей, причем НФ
