Abstract
Настоящее изобретение описывает сорбент, включающий твёрдый материал подложки, поверхность которого содержит по крайней мере два различных остатка, среди которых первые остатки включают пиридиловое кольцо, чьи атомы водорода могут быть замещены, и вторые остатки, содержащие карбоксильные группы. Возможно, эти по крайней мере два остатка несёт полимерная пленка, покрывающая эту поверхность. Благодаря полностью синтетическому происхождению, названный сорбент характеризуется высокой физической (особенно тепловой) и химической устойчивостью и позволяет специфичное разделение биомолекул в мягких физиологических условиях, даже из неблагоприятных матриц образца.
