Установка согласно изобретению также содержит обходную линию для подачи гильзы, выходящей из прошивного стана, непосредственно на главный прокатный стан, что позволяет обойтись без расширительно-удлинительного стана.The invention relates to a rolling mill for rolling seamless pipes, usually of large diameter. The installation contains a furnace for heating billets obtained by continuous casting; piercing mill for longitudinal piercing of billets and thus obtaining a sleeve; expansion and extension mill for expanding the diameter of the sleeve and its lengthening and thus obtaining a semi-finished pipe; a main rolling mill for continuous rolling, comprising stands with at least two rolls and configured to adjust the radial position of the rolls, for rolling the tube on a retained mandrel; an extraction-reduction mill with fixed rolls located downstream of the main rolling mill and in series with it and configured to remove the pipe from the mandrel and obtain a predetermined value of the pipe diameter; a sizing mill used to obtain the diameter of the finished pipe and configured to adjust the radial position of the rolls; and a refrigerator. The installation according to the invention also comprises a by-pass line for feeding the liner leaving the piercing mill directly to the main rolling mill, thereby dispensing with the reaming mill.
