Abstract

Описано моноклональное антитело, направленное против вируса гриппа А, которое способно связывать человеческие и животные изоляты вируса гриппа А, экспрессирующие гемагглютинин подтипа HI. Предпочтительным вариантом осуществления является антитело, названное Fab49, которое демонстрирует нейтрализующую активность против множества изолятов вируса гриппа А, экспрессирующих гемагглютинин подтипа HI, включая изоляты, полученные из животных. Кроме того, описаны антиидиотипические антитела, направленные против моноклонального антитела по изобретению, иммуногенные или вакцинные композиции, содержащие моноклональное антитело по изобретению, а также терапевтическое, профилактическое и диагностическое применение моноклонального антитела по изобретению. Моноклональное антитело по изобретению может также быть использовано для тестирования препаратов антител для применения в качестве вакцин.
