Abstract
Данное изобретение относится к стеклоплавильным печам, содержащим плавильный каналообразный резервуар, сырьевые материалы, загружаемые в верхнем по ходу потока конце, расплавленное стекло, выпускаемое в нижнем по ходу потока конце, упомянутую печь, нагреваемую посредством горелок, в которых энергия горения вырабатывается путем кислородотопливного горения в соотношении по меньшей мере 65% от неё, горелки, распределенные на стенках по длине печи, в которых выпуск топочного газа, в основном, локализуется вблизи от верхнего по ходу потока конца рядом с отверстиями, через которые загружаются сырьевые материалы, остальной топочный газ удаляется вблизи нижней по ходу потока части в целях поддержания динамического уплотнения в отношении окружающей атмосферы.
