Abstract

Устройство манипулирования пожнивными остатками установлено на задней части уборочного комбайна для захвата пожнивных остатков, которые остаются после отделения от сельскохозяйственной культуры устройством разделения и очистки уборочного комбайна. Устройство манипулирования пожнивными остатками включает в себя измельчитель, который измельчает и продвигает измельченные остатки назад через выпускной канал. Промежуточный канал принимает остатки, выходящие из измельчителя и содержит вертикальные отклоняющие лопатки, установленные с возможностью поворота и автоматического перемещения между требуемыми положениями посредством приводного исполнительного механизма для того, чтобы направлять требуемые пропорции пожнивных остатков между нагнетателем для приема и ускорения измельченных остатков через выпускной желоб для накопления в приемнике буксируемого прицепа и парой разбрасывающих дисков, расположенных на противоположных сторонах нагнетателя, для приема и распределения пожнивных остатков по земле.
