Abstract
Предложена электрическая машина, содержащая явнополюсный статор с катушками, явнополюсный ротор, образованный силовым кольцом и магнитной системой, состоящей из пакетов секторных и полюсных пластин и тангенциально намагниченных постоянных магнитов. Пакеты полюсных пластин стянуты в аксиальном направлении через нажимные пластины посредством крепежного элемента, пропущенного через внутреннее отверстие в полюсных и нажимных пластинах, а пакеты секторных пластин собраны на планках, имеющих форму ласточкиного хвоста и закрепленных на силовом кольце с помощью крепежных элементов. Предлагаемая электрическая машина отличается тем, что каждый пакет секторных пластин совместно с плотно примыкающими к нему с двух сторон постоянными магнитами охвачен силовым бандажом из электроизоляционного материала, образуя секторный блок, причем в зоне крепежных элементов планки к силовому кольцу электроизоляционный бандаж отсутствует. В настоящем изобретении между торцами постоянных магнитов, обращенных к воздушному зазору, установлена профильная планка из немагнитного материала, а каждый пакет полюсных пластин расположен между двумя соседними секторными блоками, плотно примыкает к боковым граням секторных блоков, и закреплен на силовом кольце крепежными элементами, скрепленными с торцевыми нажимными пластинами данного пакета.An electric machine containing a pole-stator with coils, a pole-pole rotor formed by a force ring and a magnetic system consisting of packages of sector and pole plates and tangentially magnetized permanent magnets is proposed. The packs of the pole plates are tightened in the axial direction through the pressure plates by means of a fastener passed through the inner hole in the pole and pressure plates, and the packs of the sector plates are assembled on slats having the shape of a dovetail and fixed on the force ring by means of fasteners. The proposed electric machine is different in that each pack of sector plates together with permanent magnets tightly adjoining it on both sides is covered by a power band of insulating material, forming a sector block, and there is no electrical band in the area of the fastening elements of the plate to the power ring. In the present invention, a profile bar of non-magnetic material is installed between the ends of the permanent magnets facing the air gap, and each pack of pole plates is located between two adjacent sector blocks, tightly adjoins the side edges of the sector blocks, and is fixed on the force ring with fasteners attached to face pressure plates of this package.
