Abstract

Насосный механизм предусмотрен на корпусе инструмента, причем насосный механизм содержит верхнюю прямозубую цилиндрическую шестерню и нижнюю прямозубую цилиндрическую шестерню. Верхняя прямозубая цилиндрическая шестерня приводится во вращение при помощи рабочей жидкости. Нижняя прямозубая цилиндрическая шестерня приводится во вращение при помощи первой прямозубой цилиндрической шестерни. Верхняя и нижняя прямозубые цилиндрические шестерни соединены общим валом. Если используют пары верхних и пары нижних прямозубых цилиндрических шестерен, то каждая верхняя прямозубая цилиндрическая шестерня и каждая нижняя прямозубая цилиндрическая шестерня соединены друг с другом общим валом. Корпус инструмента имеет участки перемещения потока, которые перемешивают рабочую жидкость и добытую нефть при откачке нефти. Насосный механизм передает смешанный флюид в виде нефти и рабочей жидкости в область устья скважины, где они разделяются и рабочая жидкость используется повторно.
