Abstract
Изобретение относится к наноструктурам и способам инициирования локального взрыва. Изобретение может быть использовано в микро- и наноэлектронике для создания интегральных схем и микроэлектромеханических систем. Согласно первому объекту изобретения способ инициирования локального взрыва углеродных нанотрубок заключается в воздействии на них электрическим током в присутствии окислителя. Согласно второму объекту изобретения способ инициирования локального взрыва углеродных нанотрубок заключается в пропускании через углеродные нанотрубки, размещенные в межэлектродном пространстве, электрического тока в присутствии окислителя. Структура углеродных нанотрубок, используемых в вышеуказанных способах, может быть получена путем формирования на диэлектрической подложке электродов и углеродных нанотрубок, размещенных между ними, с возможностью пропускания через них электрического тока. Устройство для инициирования локального взрыва содержит диэлектрическую подложку с размещенными на ней электродами, соединенными с источником тока, и углеродные нанотрубки, размещенные между электродами.The invention relates to nanostructures and methods for initiating a local explosion. The invention can be used in micro- and nanoelectronics to create integrated circuits and microelectromechanical systems. According to a first aspect of the invention, a method for initiating a local explosion of carbon nanotubes consists in exposing them to an electric current in the presence of an oxidizing agent. According to the second object of the invention, a method for initiating a local explosion of carbon nanotubes consists of passing an electric current through carbon nanotubes placed in the interelectrode space in the presence of an oxidizing agent. The structure of carbon nanotubes used in the above methods can be obtained by forming electrodes and carbon nanotubes placed between them on a dielectric substrate, with the possibility of passing an electric current through them. A device for initiating a local explosion contains a dielectric substrate with electrodes placed on it, connected to a current source, and carbon nanotubes placed between electrodes.
