Abstract

Предложены амфифильные биоразлагаемые сополимеры, включающие гидрофильньный остов с подвесными алифатическими группами как гидрофобный компонент. Полимеры образуют молекулярные скопления наномасштаба в водных средах, имеющие гидрофобные внутренние части, способные солюбилизировать нерастворимые органические соединения, такие как препараты, витамины, красители и средства визуализации. Полимеры необязательно имеют реакционноспособные функциональные группы, которые обеспечивают точки присоединения для антител, лигандов и других нацеливающих частей, используемых при нацеленной доставке препаратов и средств визуализации.
