Технический эффект при использовании изобретения заключается в создании реакционной смеси, обеспечивающей высокую степень извлечения щелочно-земельных и редкоземельных металлов при восстановлении их из карбонатов и оксидов преимущественно алюминием, последующее образование устойчивых соединений с кремнием, формирование жидкоподвижного синтетического шлака из алюмината кальция. Смесь для рафинирования и модифицирования стали и чугуна включет полиметаллическую руду, содержащую карбонаты и/или оксиды щелочно-земельных металлов, оксиды редкоземельных металлов, алюминий, кремний или его сплавы, содержащие менее 25% железа, и датолитовую руду в количестве, мас.%: 30-80, 0,001-15, 5-30, 5-25 и 1-5. Смесь дополнительно может содержать 5-15 мас.% хотя бы одного оксида из группы TiO, NbO, VO, МоО, NiO. Смесь позволяет исключить обжиг основного компонента, изготовление брикетов и их сушку и при ее введении в железоуглеродистый расплав получить сплав, содержащий особо активные элементы, жидкоподвижный высокоосновной шлак и осуществить одновременно рафинирование, модифицирование и микролегирование стали и чугуна.The invention relates to metallurgy, namely to out-of-furnace processing of steel and cast iron. A mixture for refining and modifying steel and cast iron includes a polymetallic ore containing carbonates and / or oxides of alkaline earth metals, oxides of rare earth metals, aluminum, silicon or its alloys containing less than 25% iron, and datolite ore in an amount, wt%: 30-80, 0.001-15, 5-30, 5-25 and 1-5. The mixture may additionally contain 5-15 wt.% Of at least one oxide from the group TiO, NbO, VO, MoO, NiO. The mixture makes it possible to exclude the roasting of the main component, the production of briquettes and their drying, and when it is introduced into the iron-carbon melt, an alloy containing highly active elements, a liquid highly basic slag can be obtained and simultaneously refining, modification and microalloying of steel and cast iron.
