Abstract

Присадка включает кальцийсодержащий компонент, суспендирующий агент, касторовое масло и, по выбору, добавки к касторовому маслу/его частичные заместители. Во многих вариантах осуществления изобретения присадка также включает полиальфаолефин. Предпочтительными суспендирующими агентами являются сложные эфиры жирных кислот, триглицериды и другие соединения с температурой застывания/температурой плавления от примерно 5°С до примерно 50°С. Особый интерес представляют следующие суспендирующие агенты: 1) полимеризованные сложные эфиры рицинолеиновой кислоты (полимеризованный эфир(ы) 12-гидроксиолеиновой кислоты); 2) полимеризованный эфир(ы) 12-гидроксистеариновой кислоты; 3) восковидные сложные эфиры рицинолеиновой кислоты; 4) пальмовое масло; 5) пальмолеиновая кислота; 6) кокосовое масло; 7) масло жожоба. Восковидные сложные эфиры могут образовываться путем полимеризации более коротких мономеров карбоксильных кислот. Данная присадка может быть введена в топливо с целью улучшения параметров работы двигателей внутреннего сгорания, а именно экономии топлива и снижения вредных выбросов. Полиальфаолефин может быль важен, особенно в составах присадок для дизельных топлив, с точки зрения снижения количества NOв выхлопных газах. Данная присадка может быть введена в смазочные масла, используемые для улучшения эксплуатационных характеристик изготовленных из черных и цветных металлов деталей двигателей, огнестрельного оружия или других механизмов.
