Abstract

Изобретение относится к технике связи, а именно к устройствам соединения и разветвления кабелей, которое может быть использовано при прокладке и ремонте высокочастотных и низкочастотных кабельных линий связи. Технической задачей изобретения является создание тройниковой муфты для симметричных кабелей связи, не требующей технологического перерыва во время монтажа а, следовательно, сокращения общего времени монтажа муфты. Технический результат достигается тем, что для восстановления электрической целостности металлических оболочек кабелей и их соединения с броней применяются экранные соединители, установленные на срезах оболочек и представляющие собой металлические зажимы со шпилькой, провод, токопроводящие шины, пружинные кольца, установленные на броне и предназначенные для обеспечения контакта токопроводящих шин с броней. Поясная изоляция восстановлена полимерной лентой. Экранирование сростка выполнено медной луженой сеткой. Между оболочками и шинами проложена уплотнительная мастичная лента. На наружном покрове каждого кабеля установлены стальные хомуты. На сросток установлен пластмассовый корпус, состоящий из двух Т-образных разъемных элементов, которые скреплены между собой полиэтиленовыми кольцами. Корпус и освобожденные от наружного покрова участки кабеля и стальные хомуты обмотаны двухслойной герметизирующей мастичной лентой и лентой ПВХ с адгезивным слоем, обеспечивая муфте герметичность. Steel clamps are installed on the outer cover of each cable. A plastic casing is installed on the splicing, consisting of two T-shaped detachable elements, which are fastened together with plastic rings. The body and cable-free areas and steel clamps are wrapped with a double-layer sealing mastic tape and PVC tape with an adhesive layer, ensuring the coupling is leak-proof. Achievable technical result is the reduction of installation time and its simplification.
