Abstract

Процесс экстракции кислородсодержащих веществ представляет собой процесс жидкостно-жидкостной экстракции, который проводят в экстракционной колонне с использованием в качестве растворителя смеси метанола и воды, в котором экстракт из процесса жидкостно-жидкостной экстракции направляют в колонну для растворительной рекуперации, из которой получаемые легкие фракции, включающие метанол, олефины и парафины, возвращают в экстракционную колонну, благодаря чему улучшается общая рекуперация олефинов и парафинов.The application describes an industrially feasible method of extracting oxygen-containing substances from a hydrocarbon stream, typically a fraction of a condensation product from a Fischer-Tropsch reaction, while simultaneously maintaining the olefin component of such a condensation product. The process of extraction of oxygen-containing substances is a process of liquid-liquid extraction, which is carried out in an extraction column using as a solvent a mixture of methanol and water, in which the extract from the process of liquid-liquid extraction is sent to a column for solvent recovery, from which the resulting light fractions, including methanol, olefins and paraffins are returned to the extraction column, thereby improving the overall recovery of olefins and paraffins.
