Abstract

Сепаратор с заторможенным слоем содержит загрузочный резервуар предварительной сепарации, в который подается водная пульпа и который содержит удлиненный корпус, ограничивающий внутреннее пространство с верхней и нижней зонами. Загрузочный резервуар выполнен удлиненным и содержит регулируемую в вертикальном направлении коническую пластину, расположенную смежно с его дном и предназначенную для управления направленным вниз потоком тяжелых частиц материала. Верх загрузочного резервуара включает переливной водослив, содержащий переливное кольцо, имеющее вертикальные щели, через которые более легкий материал протекает в примыкающий к переливному водосливу переливной лоток и к выпускной трубе. Загрузочный материал вводится в верхнюю часть загрузочного резервуара в тангенциальном направлении. В некоторых случаях под загрузочным резервуаром может быть установлен перфорированный фильтр. Циркуляционный поток воды вводится в нижней части загрузочного резервуара и течет вверх.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
