Abstract

Кровельно-потолочная конструкция с двойным предварительным напряжением с решетчатым плоским потолком для крайне больших пролётов представляет собой сборочный элемент, предназначенный для сборки кровель с плоской нижней поверхностью для зданий с крайне большими пролётами. Конструкция содержит конструкцию решетчатого потолка (1) и верхнюю бетонную балку (2) с поперечным разрезом в форме модифицированной "Т" или обратной "V", которые соединены между собой тонкими стальными трубчатыми стрежнями (3), которые придают верхней балке (2) устойчивость к продольному изгибу. Пустые отверстия в элементах горизонтальной решетки (1) заполняются плитами (6), и таким образом создается плоская нижняя поверхность потолка. Конструкцию подвергают предварительному напряжению путем двойного предварительного напряжения. Решетчатый потолок (1) подвергают предварительному напряжению посредине, а верхнюю балку (2) предварительно подвергают предварительному напряжению с помощью клина (5) по центру пролёта.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
