Abstract

Способ описывает получение простых эфиров, обычно тетрагидрофурана, путем взаимодействия соответствующего органического сырьевого материала, выбираемого из группы, включающей дикарбоновые кислоты и/или ангидриды, моноэфиры дикарбоновых кислот и/или ангидридов, диэфиры дикарбоновых кислот и/или ангидридов, лактоны и смеси двух или большего числа указанных веществ, в присутствии водорода, который включает стадии (a) подачи потока, содержащего органический сырьевой материал, в первую зону испарения и контактирование указанного сырья с циркулирующим газом, включающим водород, так, что по меньшей мере часть сырьевого материала испаряется с помощью циркулирующего газа, и в циркулирующий газ; (b) подачи по меньшей мере части циркулирующего газа и испарившегося сырьевого материала в первую реакционную зону, содержащую катализатор и работающую в реакционных условиях, позволяющих осуществляться гидрированию и дегидратации; (c) выведения из первой реакционной зоны потока промежуточного продукта, содержащего непрореагировавший сырьевой материал, циркулирующий газ, требуемый продукт (продукты) и любые сопутствующие продукты и побочные продукты; (d) подачи потока промежуточного продукта во вторую зону испарения и контактирование указанного потока с дополнительным количеством сырьевого материала, так что дополнительный сырьевой материал испаряется с помощью потока промежуточного продукта и в указанный поток; (e) подачи продукта стадии (d) в последующую реакционную зону, содержащую катализатор и работающую в реакционных условиях, позволяющих протекать гидрированию и, если требуется, дегидратации; и (f) выведения из последующей
