Abstract
В заявке описан способ извлечения ценных компонентов из битуминозных песков, включающий основную стадию разделения. На этой основной стадии разделения битуминозный песок суспендируют в воде и разделяют на обогащенную фракцию и разбавленные водой глинистые отходы. Разбавленные водой глинистые отходы на стадии их седиментации осаждают в одном или нескольких отстойных прудах с получением практически твердого глинистого осадка и надосадочной жидкости. При этом разбавленные водой глинистые отходы подают в отстойник и подвергают флокуляции добавлением к ним полимерного флокулянта. Флокулированные разбавленные водой глинистые отходы затем подвергают седиментации с получением на дне отстойника слоя, пригодного к перекачиванию загущенного глинистого осадка.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
