Abstract

В извлекаемом узле буровой головки стандартная бурильная труба или обсадная труба (10) снабжена переходником (11), ввернутым в ее нижний конец и образующим установочную муфту для верхних закругленных шарниров пары режущих головок (12), установленных с возможностью вращения между парой подъемных пластин (20). Режущие головки снабжены консолями (16), отходящими от шарниров (14), с упрочненными режущими элементами (28, 24), расположенными в шахматном порядке вдоль передней кромки или в непосредственной близости от нее, и гидравлическим каналом (34, 35), соединенным с рядом сопел (38) в консолях, которые в сочетании с силой вращения бурильной трубы и силы трения консолей, оказываемой на материал, в котором ведется бурение, вынуждают консоли занять и поддерживать взаимно перпендикулярное положение.
