Abstract

Устройство для накопления энергии вращения (10) или пружина, состоящее из блока "ролик-кулачок", содержащего вал (14), кольцо (12), установленное с возможностью вращения вокруг вала, и, по крайней мере, один ролик, расположенный между валом и кольцом.
