Abstract

Способ электролитического получения металлов, в частности титана и сплавов, из соответствующих соединений посредством устройства для электрохимической экстракции, содержащего: катод-тигель (1), вмещающий массу затвердевшего металла (3), жидкий электролит (22), плотность которого ниже плотности металла, и ванну полученного жидкого металла (25); один или несколько нерасходуемых анодов, частично погруженных в электролит, со средствами для регулирования расстояния их от поверхности катода; систему (21) подачи в электролит соединений металлов, компонентов электролита и легирующих материалов; источник энергии, который подает постоянный ток к жидкому металлу и через электролит к анодам и вызывает катодное восстановление металла в жидкой форме и выделение анодного газа с выделением тепла, поддерживающего электролит в расплавленном состоянии; герметичную вмещающую конструкцию, в которой собирают анодные газы, выделенные при электролизе.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
