Abstract

В настоящем изобретении предложен безводный кристалл соединения, представленного формулой R-CHCONH-R, где Rпредставляет замещенную или незамещенную пиридильную группу или замещенную или незамещенную фенильную группу и Rпредставляет замещенную или незамещенную 2-оксо-1-пирролидинильную группу; по существу не обладающий гигроскопичностью. Безводный кристалл получают сушкой водосодержащего кристалла указанного соединения при температуре 80°С или выше, при пониженном давлении. Полученный безводный кристалл имеет прирост веса 1% или менее при хранении при относительной влажности 83% при температуре 25°С в течение 30 суток. Безводный кристалл используют для производства лекарственного средства, содержащего соединение указанной выше формулы в качестве активного ингредиента с постоянным содержанием активного ингредиента.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
