Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the oil industry, in particular to hydrodynamic methods for enhancing oil recovery.
The main analogs of the claimed invention are methods for enhancing oil recovery using various technologies for washing away residual oil in the reservoir with aqueous solutions of surfactants by pumping them through injection wells.
[1].There is a known method of increasing oil recovery, which consists in pumping water through an injection well and producing fluid through production wells with the determination of reservoir parameters by analyzing the pressure drop curve in the injection well [1].
The main disadvantage of this method is the low efficiency of the development of offshore oil fields.
[2].Closest to the claimed method is a method for the development of offshore oil fields by flooding, including the introduction of sodium alkylbenzenesulfonates into seawater followed by its injection into the reservoir through injection wells, where, in order to increase the current level of reagent injection and oil production while reducing the development time of the fields, before the introduction in seawater sodium alkylbenzenesulfonates it is mixed with hydrochloric acid, hydrochloric acid is used in an amount of 30-50% by weight of sodium alkylbenzenesulfonates [2].
The main disadvantage is the instability of the resulting solution, as well as its low oil-displacing ability.
The objective of the invention is to increase oil recovery of offshore oil fields during seawater flooding using chemical reagents to reduce interfacial surface tension at the water-oil interface and create a structural wedging pressure at the three-phase boundary.
The problem is solved by the fact that in the method of development of offshore oil fields by flooding, including the introduction of sodium salt into seawater, followed by its injection into the reservoir, after the introduction of sodium salt into seawater, it is mixed with an acid and a stabilizer is added, while sodium salt is used sodium carbonate, (2-bis (carboxymethyl) amino) pentanoic or nitric acid is used as an acid, and PEG8000 is used as a stabilizer in a ratio, wt%: sodium carbonate - 9, acid - 10, PEG8000 - 0.5 and sea water - the rest ...
The essence of the invention consists in increasing the efficiency of oil displacement by a new method by preliminary precipitation of Ca +2 and Mg +2 ions in the injected seawater by introducing sodium carbonate into it and then peptizing this solution with nitric or organic acid and stabilizing the resulting nanofluid by means of PEG. For this purpose, colloidal solutions based on seawater were comprehensively studied, obtained by peptizing sediments and adding polymer nanoparticles, which synergistically combined the positive properties of oil displacement of both low-saline seawater and nanofluid.
A decrease in interfacial surface tension at the water-oil interface, as well as the creation of a structural wedging pressure at the three-phase interface by the proposed method, leads to an increase in oil recovery when the obtained nanofluid is applied in homogeneous and heterogeneous formations.
At the first stage, the required amount of Na 2 CO 3 was added to the seawater to precipitate the Ca +2 and Mg +2 ions present in the seawater:
INa2CO3 + Са+2 -> СаСО3 + 2Na+ INa 2 CO 3 + Ca +2 -> CaCO 3 + 2Na +
Na2CO3 + Mg+2 -> MgCO3 + 2Na+ Na 2 CO 3 + Mg +2 -> MgCO 3 + 2Na +
As a result, the resulting calcium and magnesium carbonates precipitate. The pH of the solution with the addition of the Na 2 CO 3 salt increases in accordance with the pH formula and reaches 10.6 with the complete precipitation of calcium and magnesium carbonates at a Na 2 CO 3 salt concentration of 9 wt%. In the second stage, gradually adding (bringing the pH to 7 in accordance with the pH formula) to the resulting mixture the required amount of peptizing agent - nitric or organic acid ((2-bis (carboxymethyl) amino) pentanoic acid (Sigma-Aldrich)), achieve the transition of all precipitation (CaCO 3 and MgCO3) back into the volume of the colloidal solution, which is achieved at a peptizer concentration equal to 10 wt%. In this case, the particles are evenly distributed throughout the entire volume of the liquid:
СаСО3 + 2HNO3 Ca(NO3)2 CaCO 3 + 2HNO 3 Ca (NO 3 ) 2
MgCO3 + 2HNO3 -» Mg(NO3)2 MgCO 3 + 2HNO 3 - »Mg (NO 3 ) 2
A homogeneous transparent colloidal solution is obtained - a nanofluid, the sizes (d) of nanoparticles of which, established by DLS and SEM, are 8-10 nm. By adding a certain amount (0.5 wt%) of polyethylene glycol 8000 (Sigma-Aldrich) to these solutions, a stable nanofluid is obtained, which is very important when using nanofluids. The solution showed new rheological properties, the value of the surface tension coefficient (σ) decreased significantly, the solution became neutral in alkalinity (pH) and showed high stability (Table 1, η - viscosity, τ 0 - ultimate stress).

Table 2 shows the data on oil displacement in the development of a porous medium made on the basis of quartz sand and clay, previously saturated with oil and water (Va / Vm - the ratio of injected volume to pore volume), by the proposed method and according to the prototype.
кисл.+ПЭГ).As you can see from the table. 2, when displacing residual oil, an increase in oil displacement compared to the case of seawater flooding according to the prototype (10%) in the case of using colloidal suspensions by the proposed method is higher than 15% (seawater + Ka 2 CO3 + HNO3 + n3r) and -20% (seawater + Na2CO3 + organic acid + PEG).
