Изобретение относится к области создания фоточувствительных покрытий, приобретающих биоцидную активность в результате облучения ультрафиолетовым светом, и могут быть использованы в помещениях медицинского назначения, на фармацевтических и микробиологических производствах.The invention relates to the field of creating photosensitive coatings that acquire biocidal activity as a result of irradiation with ultraviolet light, and can be used in medical premises, in pharmaceutical and microbiological industries.
The possibility of generating on the surface of titanium dioxide anatase modification of various forms of active oxygen (hydroxyl radicals, superoxide ions, peroxo compounds) with high oxidative and therefore pathophysiological activity provides a multiple increase in the efficiency of the biocidal action of ultraviolet light and opens up the possibility to create a wide range of self-sterilizing coatings [1 , 2]. At the same time, photobiocidal coatings of this kind function only directly under UV irradiation conditions, since the radical particles that determine their pathophysiological activity are short-lived [3]. This disadvantage can be overcome by creating photo-accumulating coatings that can accumulate a photo-induced charge upon irradiation, and then expend it in the dark process of generating reactive oxygen forms. In particular, tungsten [4, 5] and molybdenum oxides [6] can be reduced directly both photochemically and as a result of capturing photoelectrons from ~ 2 . Hydrogen bronzes formed during this process during further dark oxidation with atmospheric oxygen generate peroxide compounds, which act as a pathophysiological factor. Earlier, a method [6] was proposed for creating such photoaccumulation systems, which involves growing island isodes from ΤίΟ 2 on the surface of MoO 3 microcrystals with the subsequent formation of photoactive layer from the resulting core – shell heterostructures. For this purpose, zirconate-silicate alkanol was used as a binder; At the same time, this method, which is further considered as a prototype, includes a large number of chemical stages and produces a coating in which only part of the surface is photoactive.
Задача изобретения - разработка способа одностадийного получения фотобиоцидного покрытия, способного к самостерилизации и не содержащего компонентов, не принимающих участие в фотогенерационном процессе.The objective of the invention is to develop a method of one-step production of a photobiocidal coating capable of self-sterilization and not containing components that do not participate in the photogeneration process.
Поставленная задача достигается тем, что в способе получения фотобиоцидного покрытия частицы гексагонального триоксида молибдена субмикронных размеров вносят в золь диоксида титана, из полученного коллоидного раствора формируют покрытие и подвергают его действию УФ-облучения.The task is achieved by the fact that in the method of obtaining photobiocidal coating particles of hexagonal molybdenum trioxide of submicron sizes contribute to the titanium dioxide sol, from the resulting colloidal solution form a coating and expose it to UV irradiation.
The essence of the invention lies in the fact that lamellar crystals of H-MoO 3 . penetrated by a large number of hexagonal channels, they can accumulate a significant photoinduced charge in the composition of the TiO 2 / MoO 3 nanoheterostructure and can be introduced directly into the sol ΤίΟ 2 . The coatings obtained on this basis possess high photoactivity in combination with pronounced hydrophilicity (comparable to hydrophilicity ΤίΟ 2 ), which ensures the adsorption of water from the environment necessary for the formation of hydrogen bronzes at the photocharging stage and for the generation of peroxo compounds (biocidal agents) at the " discharge "in dark conditions.
Предлагаемое изобретение иллюстрируется примерами конкретного исполнения.The invention is illustrated by examples of specific performance.
Lamellar MoO 3 crystals of regular hexagonal structure (average size 80 nm x 300 nm) were synthesized by polycondensation of molybdic acid in an aqueous solution at 100 ° C for 10 min, after which the mother solution was diluted 1: 5 to suppress further nucleation and the particles were grown to a final size under the same conditions for 4 hours. The initial concentration of molybdic acid (obtained by passing an Ν α2 ΜοΟ 4 aqueous solution through an ion exchange column with cation exchange resin in the H form) was 0.5 M. A titanium dioxide sol was obtained by slow titration of 12.5% 4 of an aqueous solution of 2.5 M Τίί '.' 1 4 + 0.65 M HCl at 0 ° C under conditions of vigorous stirring until a pH value of 5 was reached. The resulting precipitate Was washed with distilled water and dispersed under ultrasound. The average particle size of ~ 2 in the resulting colloidal solution was 4 nm.
12%.The MoO 3 particles were introduced into the sol ΤίΟ 2 in an amount corresponding to a concentration of 15 mol.%. The resulting colloidal solution was used to obtain a photoactive coating on the surface of the glass, heated to 200 ° C by the method of spraying. Samples 2 cm x 2 cm in size were then heated at 400 ° C, placed in petri dishes, on the bottom of which an agar-agar film was applied, and exposed to UV light of 10 mW / cm 2 intensity for 1 hour. Thereafter, in a Petri dish A solution of agar-agar was introduced, which contained E. Soi bacteria, used to assess the pathophysiological activity of the coating (the concentration of bacteria was ~ 2x10 5 CFU / ml). Measurements performed by the method of counting colonies formed after incubation for 36 hours at 37 ° C showed that the survival rate of microorganisms on the surface of the irradiated coating ^ Τ 2 / Moo 3 was 12%.
Пример 2. Фотоактивное покрытие получено так же, как в примере 1, но после облучения выдерживалось 2 ч в темновых условиях, а затем в чашку Петри вносился раствор агар-агара, который содержал бактерии Е.сой. Выживаемость бактерий на поверхности облученного покрытия составила 7%.Example 2. The survival rate of bacteria on the surface of the irradiated coating was 7%.
Пример 3. Фотоактивное покрытие получено так же, как и в примере 1, но после облучения выдерживалось 4 ч в темновых условиях, а затем в чашку Петри вносился раствор агар-агара, который содержал бактерии Е.сой. Выживаемость бактерий на поверхности облученного покрытия составила 16%.Example 3. Выживаемость бактерий на поверхности облученного покрытия составила 45%.Example 5. A photoactive coating was obtained in the same way as in example 1, but after irradiation, it was kept for 12 hours under dark conditions, and then an agar-agar solution, which contained E.soy bacteria, was introduced into the Petri dish. The survival rate of bacteria on the surface of the irradiated coating was 45%.
Пример 6. Фотоактивное покрытие получено так же, как и в примере 1, но не подвергалось УФоблучению. Выживаемость бактерий Е.сой. на поверхности такого покрытия составила 98%.Example 6. A photoactive coating was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1, but was not subjected to UV irradiation. The survival of bacteria E.soy. on the surface of such a coating was 98%.
Приведенные выше примеры показывают, что наноструктурированное ТЮ2/МоО3-покрытие, являющееся исходно биологически инертным, приобретает выраженную биоцидную активность в результате УФ-облучения и сохраняет ее затем в течение 12 ч. В сравнении с прототипом фотобиоцидные покрытия ТЮ2/МоО3, полученные заявленным способом, сохраняют патофизиологическую активность после прекращения облучения, получаются в одну стадию, причем вся их поверхность является фотоактивной.The above examples show that nanostructured TU 2 / Moo 3 -coat, which is initially biologically inert, acquires pronounced biocidal activity as a result of UV irradiation and then retains it for 12 hours. In comparison with the prototype photobiocidal coatings TU 2 / Moo 3 , obtained by the claimed method, maintain pathophysiological activity after cessation of irradiation, are obtained in one stage, and their entire surface is photoactive.
