Abstract

Dispositivo para la monitorización remota de la temperatura corporal en bovino y porcino que se aplica de forma subcutánea en machos y/o hembras, o intravaginal sólo en hembras, para minimizar el riesgo de extravío. Y por otro, conseguir una monitorización continua y remota de la temperatura corporal del animal, donde el dispositivo comprende una carcasa plástica fusiforme recubierta de un material biocompatible y transmisor del calor de tamaño variable a la talla del animal a monitorizar, y en cuyo interior se coloca una placa de circuito programable a la que está conectada sonda termográfica y la placa está provista de una memoria, una batería, un emisor, y una antena que emite los valores leídos vía radio.
