Claims (19)
1. Isoleret polypeptid med xylanaseaktivitet, som er valgt fra gruppen bestående af: (a) et polypeptid, som udviser mindst 85%, mindst 90%, mindst 91%, mindst 92%, mindst 93%, mindst 94%, mindst 95%, mindst 96%, mindst 97%, mindst 98%, mindst 99% eller 100% sekvensidentitet med det modne polypeptid ifølge SEQ ID NO: 6; (b) et polypeptid, der kodes for af et polynukleotid, som udviser mindst 90%, mindst 91%, mindst 92%, mindst 93%, mindst 94%, mindst 95%, mindst 96%, mindst 97%, mindst 98%, mindst 99% eller 100% sekvensidentitet med det modne polypeptids kodningssekvens ifølge SEQ ID NO: 5 eller cDNA-sekvensen deraf; (c) et fragment af polypeptidet ifølge (a) eller (b), der har xylanaseaktivitet.
2. Polypeptid ifølge krav 1, som omfatter eller består af SEQ ID NO: 6 eller det modne polypeptid ifølge SEQ ID NO: 6.
3. Polypeptid ifølge krav 2, hvor det modne polypeptid er aminosyrerne 21 til 405 ifølge SEQ ID NO: 6.
4. Polypeptid ifølge krav 1, som er et fragment af SEQ ID NO: 6, hvor fragmentet har xylanaseaktivitet.

9. Polypeptid ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-8, der kodes for af polynukleotidet, som er indeholdt i Talaromyces leycettanus-stammen CBS398.68.

15. Transgen plante, plantedel eller plantecelle, som omfatter et polynukleotid, hvilket polynukleotid koder for polypeptidet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-9.
16. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et polypeptid med xylanaseaktivitet, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: (a) dyrkning af den transgene plante eller plantecelle ifølge krav 15 under betingelser, som er befordrende for fremstilling af polypeptidet; og (b) indvinding af polypeptidet.
17. Fremgangsmåde til nedbrydning af et celluloseholdigt materiale eller xylanholdigt materiale, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: behandling af det celluloseholdige materiale eller xylanholdige materiale med en enzymsammensætning i nærværelse af polypeptidet med xylanaseaktivitet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-9.
18. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et fermenteringsprodukt, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: (a) forsukring af et celluloseholdigt materiale eller xylanholdigt materiale med en enzymsammensætning i nærværelse af polypeptidet med xylanaseaktivitet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-9; (b) fermentering af det forsukrede celluloseholdige materiale eller xylanholdige materiale med en eller flere fermenterende mikroorganismer for at fremstille fermenteringsproduktet; og (c) indvinding af fermenteringsproduktet fra fermenteringen.
19. Fremgangsmåde til fermentering af et celluloseholdigt materiale eller xylanholdigt materiale, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: fermentering af det celluloseholdige materiale eller xylanholdige materiale med en eller flere fermenterende mikroorganismer, hvor det celluloseholdige materiale eller xylanholdige materiale er forsukret med en enzymsammensætning i nærværelse af polypeptidet med xylanaseaktivitet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-9.
