Description

Shelf element for a shelf of a rack, in particular a sliding rack, shelf frame, shelf and rack
Description [0001] The invention relates to a shelf element for a shelf of a rack, in particular a sliding rack, having an elongate main body, a material portion which is arranged on the main body with a plug-in receptacle for a functional part and/or an information carrier being formed, said plug-in receptacle being upwardly open in the direction of a longitudinal side of the main body. The invention further relates to a shelf frame, a shelf and a rack, in particular a sliding rack.
[0002] A shelf element of the type discussed here enables the attachment of a functional part such as, for example a goods stopper in a simple manner, by inserting the functional part into the plug-in receptacle. The plug-in receptacle should be configured so that the insertion of the functional part into the plug-in receptacle without jamming or tilting is ensured and nevertheless the functional part is held securely in the plug-in receptacle even when a considerable force brought about by the goods acts on the functional part. For this purpose the plug-in receptacle should be implemented as exactly as possible in the predefined dimensions.
[0003] In practice however it has been shown that the required dimensional accuracy for the plug-in receptacle is frequently absent when the plug-in receptacle is formed by means of bending deformation of the material section with respect to the base body. This is because as a result of a rebound effect of the bent material section which occurs in the case of the bending deformation, the end position of the bent material section can only be pre-determined insufficiently accurately.
[0004] A generic shelf element is known from US 2010/0078402 Al. Another shelf element is known from WO 03/034875 Al.
[0005] One embodiment of the invention is based on the object of providing a shelf element having the features mentioned initially which can be manufactured simply and cost-effectively with a sufficiently high dimensional accuracy. In particular, the plugin receptacle of the shelf element should have a sufficiently high dimensional accuracy. Furthermore, a shelf frame, a shelf and a rack are to be proposed which are suitable for use of such a shelf element.
[0006] The object is solved by a shelf element having the features of Claim 1. For solving the object, a shelf frame having the features of Claim 7, a shelf having the features of Claim 9 and a rack having the features of Claim 11 are further proposed. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are obtained from the subclaims, the following description and the figures.
[0007] According to one embodiment of the invention, a shelf element for a shelf of a rack, in particular a sliding rack, has an elongate main body and a material portion which is arranged on the main body with a plug-in receptacle for a functional part and/or an information carrier being formed, said plug-in receptacle being upwardly open in the direction of a longitudinal side of the main body. In particular, the plug-in receptacle is configured to be elongate. In particular, the plug-in receptacle extends with its longitudinal extension in the longitudinal direction of the base body.
[0008] It is provided that the shelf element is an extruded part and the plug-in receptacle is formed by extrusion. In particular, the base body with the material portion arranged thereon is formed by extrusion.
[0009] By this means, the shelf element can be implemented in a technically simple and cost-effective manner. Furthermore the shelf element has a high dimensional accuracy since as a result of the extrusion, the cross-section of the shelf element is predefined by the shape of the extrusion die. Any rebound effects of the material portion in the direction of the base body such as are promoted, for example, in a material portion formed by bending, are thus avoided. By means of the extrusion, the position of the material portion with respect to the base body is on the contrary specified exactly by the extrusion die and is retained in the course of the extrusion process for almost any length of the extruded part or shelf element. The plug-in receptacle formed by the material portion and the base body consequently also has a high dimensional accuracy.
[0010] Extrusion is to be understood in particular that solid to viscous materials, in particular curable materials are continuously pressed out under pressure from a shaping opening of an extrusion die. Bodies having the cross-section of the shaping opening of the extrusion die are thereby produced in theoretically any length. The shelf element is formed by such an extruded profile or has such an extruded profile.
[0011] The extrusion can also be designated as extrusion. The extruded part formed therefrom corresponds to the extruded part produced by means of extrusion. Cold extrusion, warm extrusion and/or hot extrusion can be used to form the shelf element.
[0012] For example, the shelf element is formed from an extrusion blank which has been after-treated, for example, has been subjected to at least one forming process, separating process, joining process, coating process and/or process for changing the material properties.
[0013] The shelf element is designed for the purpose that a goods stopper can be inserted into the plug-in receptacle as a functional part. The shelf element is also suitable for the purpose that a price rail or a price label can be inserted into the plug-in receptacle as an information carrier. In particular, the functional part or the information carrier can be formed as a surface part, for example a plate-shaped and/or disk-shaped surface part.
[0014] In particular, the shelf element is an elongate component, in particular a profile part, whose cross-section in longitudinal extension is substantially the same, for example, substantially continuously the same. In particular, the base body and the material portion form an elongate profile, which has a cross-section which is substantially the same in its longitudinal extension. In particular, the material portion and the base body each form a side wall of the plug-in receptacle which for example lie opposite to one another. In particular, the wall surfaces which face one another and form the plug-in receptacle, for example, the side walls formed by base body and material portion, are configured to be substantially straight.
[0015] According to one embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the shelf element consists of aluminium, an aluminium alloy or similar extrudable material, in particular metallic material or plastic or exhibits such a material.
[0016] If the shelf element consists of aluminium or an aluminium alloy, or exhibits such a material, the shelf element is relatively light in terms of weight and can therefore be easily handled when constructing a shelf or a rack. Furthermore, the shelf element is not sensitive to corrosion so that it is suitable for use in corrosive areas.
[0017] According to the invention, at least one cavity, extending along the longitudinal extent of the shelf element, for receiving, in a fastened manner, a connecting means for attaching an add-on part, a shelf component and/or a rack component is provided. In particular, the cavity is accessible from outside and in particular is configured for receiving, in a fastened manner, a connecting means on the front side. In particular, the cavity runs or extends in the longitudinal extension of the base body.
[0018] It is further provided that the cavity is formed in the region of a transition between the base body and the material portion on the shelf element. For example, the cavity is arranged in the region of the bottom of the plug-in receptacle on the shelf element. The at least one wall of the shelf element forming the cavity additionally reinforces or stiffens the shelf element. By this means, the shelf element is reinforced in its longitudinal extension so that sagging in the longitudinal extension is effectively counteracted.
[0019] Since the cavity is arranged in the region of the transition from the base body to the material portion, for example, in the region of the bottom of the plug-in receptacle, the plug-in receptacle is reinforced or stiffened against any sagging in the longitudinal extension of the shelf element in a simple manner by the wall forming the cavity. Since the shelf element can be fixed at the front side on a shelf or a rack precisely in this region, an additional positional stability for the plug-in receptacle can be furthermore be achieved which even withstands a high force acting on the material portion, for example, caused by goods pressing against a goods stopper.
[0020] According to a farther embodiment of the invention, at least one further cavity running in the longitudinal extension of the shelf element is provided for receiving, in a fastening manner, a connecting means for attached an add-on part, a shelf component and/or a rack component, wherein this further cavity is arranged at a distance from the previously described cavity. By this means the shelf element can be fastened on the front side at two positions spaced apart from one another on a shelf or a rack. As a result of the double attachment, it is easily avoided that the shelf element rotates about its longitudinal axis, if for example, a compressive force, for example, caused by goods pressing against the goods stopper is exerted on a goods stopper inserted in the plug-in receptacle.
[0021] A further embodiment of the invention consists in that the base body is formed as a hollow body having a closed cross-section or open cross-section and has at least one cavity running in the longitudinal extension of the shelf element for receiving, in a fastening manner, a connecting means for attaching an add-on part, a shelf component and/or a rack component, to which end a wall that forms the cavity has a bulge with regard to at least one wall side. This cavity can be the previously described cavity or the previously described further cavity.
[0022] As a result of this measure, the shelf element can be implemented with a small wall thickness and at the same time, the at least one cavity can be implemented in a simple manner despite the small wall thickness of the shelf element.
[0052] According to the invention, it is also provided that the main body is a downwardly open U-profile with two legs, of which one leg forms, together with the material portion, the plug-in receptacle, for example, by the material portion extending from a region at a longitudinal end of the leg forming a bottom portion of the plug-in receptacle. By this means, the shelf element can be implemented with relatively low material usage, which shelf element nevertheless has a sufficient component stability, in particular in the region of the plug-in receptacle. As a result, the plug-in receptacle can also be implemented in a simple manner in terms of production technology.
[0024] The plug-in receptacle can also be implemented simply in terms of production technology if the material portion lies opposite the outer side of the one leg of the U-profile. The outer side of the leg then forms an inner wall side of the plug-in receptacle.
[0025] It is possible that in a base body configured as a U-profile, the U-shaped cross-section is open in the opposite direction with respect to the substantially U-shaped cross-section of the plug-in receptacle. By this means, a sufficiently stable shelf element together with plug-in receptacle is achieved in a technically simple manner, wherein the intermediate portion connecting the legs of the U-shaped cross-section can be used as a carrier or support for a bottom part of a shelf on which the goods are placed. In this alignment of the base body, a functional part or information carrier can be inserted from the standing side of the goods into the plug-in receptacle.
[0026] The material portion itself can be configured as an angle profile, for example, an L-profile and be attached with one leg, at the end, for example along a longitudinal side, to the base body, in particular moulded on. In this way, the plug-in receptacle together with the base body can be formed in a technically simple manner by means of the material portion.
[0027] According to a further embodiment of the invention, the one leg of the base body and the material portion are arranged at substantially equal spacing from one another at least over a portion, in particular so that the wall sides and legs which face one another and form the side walls of the plug-in receptacle have substantially the same distance from one another. It is further possible that this leg is arranged at an angle of more than 90 degrees, in particular at an angle of between about 90.5 degrees and about 90.0 degrees, preferably about 93 degrees, to an adjoining intermediate portion of a base body configured as a U-profile.
[0028] As a result, the plug-in receptacle is slightly inclined in its direction of insertion with respect to the intermediate portion which can be used for support of a shelf part without the spacing of the mutually opposite wall surfaces of the plug-in receptacle varying. A goods stopper can thus be inserted into the plug-in receptacle without jamming or tilting, wherein the inserted goods stopper is then standing with a slight inclination corresponding to the inclined position of the plug-in receptacle with respect to the support surface and therefore to the goods. If the goods then press against the goods stopper, for example, if the shelf element is used on a sliding rack, the slight sloping position of the goods stopper which counters the goods, counteracts excessive bending and therefore pressing of the goods stopper out from the plug-in receptacle.
[0029] In the previously described embodiment, the shelf element can be a frame part for a shelf frame, in particular a front frame part for a shelf frame.
[0030] The invention further comprises a shelf frame for a shelf of a rack, in particular a sliding rack, having a shelf element of the type described previously and a further shelf element of the type described previously, located on the opposite side, or a different shelf element, said shelf elements being connected to one another by at least two side parts, forming a frame. A goods support can be placed on the shelf frame so that the shelf frame is the bearer of the goods support.
[0031] It is possible that the side parts are fastened to the respective shelf element by means of at least one connecting means which engages in the at least one cavity of the shelf element. The connecting means is, for example, a screw element. For fastening to the shelf element, the cavity can be provided with a thread which comes into engagement with the screw element to produce the fastening. The connecting means can also be formed by a thread-cutting element. In this case, the thread is formed by screwing the screw element into the cavity for the first time.
[0032] According to one embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the side parts fulfil a function as a goods separator, for example for this purpose the side parts extend or protrude as far as over the goods support surface of the shelf. By this means a separate goods separator in the region of the side part can be dispensed with.
[0033] At least one of the side parts can be an extruded part. For example, the at least one side part can be formed from an extrusion blank which has been after-processed, for example, has been subjected to at least one forming process, separating process, joining process, coating process and/or process for modifying the material properties.
[0034] At least one of the side parts can have a protrusion which projects outwards from the side part on the side facing a goods support, for example, the protrusion then serves as a spacer for the goods which can be placed on the goods support, whereby the side part merely comes to abut against the adjoining good by means of the protrusion.
[0035] The protrusion can be configured to be elongate, for example, by the longitudinal extension of the protrusion running in the longitudinal extension of the side part. The protrusion thereby brings about a reinforcement or stiffening of the side part. For example, the protrusion can be configured as a beading.
[0036] The protrusion can be arranged in the region of the longitudinal end of the side part or another protrusion can be arranged there, which is configured as a thickening in the region of the end. As a result, the protrusion on the one hand as the effect as a spacer in view of the goods. At the same time, the protrusion serves as protection from injury since as a result of the thickening a sharp-edged end configuration of the side part is avoided.
[0037] Furthermore, at least one of the side parts can have a recess which is formed on the side of the side part facing the goods support. For example, the recess runs in the longitudinal extension of the side part and is used to receive an upstanding rim of the goods support or the previously described goods support. The recess can be configured in such a manner that a longitudinal surface side of the rim can be placed thereon.
[0038] Furthermore, the invention comprises a shelf for a rack, in particular a sliding rack, having at least one shelf element of the type described previously and/or a shelf frame of the type described previously.
[0039] The shelf can comprise a goods support or a bottom part on which goods can be placed. The bottom part can be configured as a surface part and can, for example, promote a sliding or slipping of the goods thereon.
[0040] It is possible that the goods support is formed by a sheet metal part. The sheet metal part can have a relatively smooth surface so that a sliding or slipping of the goods on the bearing surface is promoted. The bottom part or the goods support is then formed in the manner of a sliding plate.
[0041] According to one embodiment of the invention, the goods support is configured as a flat goods support provided with a bearing surface for goods, the rims of said goods support being tilted by bending. The goods support or the bottom part are bending-stiffened by the tilting so that sagging of the goods support is thereby counteracted in a simple manner.
[0042] For example, at least one of the rims of the goods support can engage in the plug-in receptacle of at least one of the shelf elements. By this means, the goods support is additionally positioned with respect to the shelf element and held positively against a displacement of the goods support relative to the shelf element.
[0043] It can further be provided that the rims of the goods support pointing towards the side parts protrude upwards from the bearing surface. As a result, the goods support additionally has the function as a goods separator and/or goods stopper.
[0044] Additionally or alternatively the shelf as a goods support can have at least one roller conveyor on which goods can be placed. The roller conveyor can have a plurality of rotating rollers or rotationally fixed sliding element on which the goods are movable along at least one direction in a simple manner.
[0045] The invention further comprises a rack, in particular a sliding rack, having at least one shelf element of the type described previously, a shelf frame of the type described previously and/or a shelf of the type described previously.
[0046] Further aims, advantages, features and possible applications of the present invention are obtained from the following description of two exemplary embodiments by means of the drawing.
[0047] In the figures:

Fig. 12 shows another possible embodiment of a shelf in perspective view and
Fig. 13 shows a section of the shelf according to Figure 12 in the region of a shelf element in sectional view.
[0048] Figure 1 shows - in schematic view - a possible embodiment of a shelf 200 for a rack in a perspective view. Figure 2 shows the shelf 200 in a sectional view. The shelf 200 has a shelf frame 100 which carries a goods support 210 with a bearing surface 220 for goods.
[0049] The shelf 200 can have a plurality of goods separators 270 which divide the goods support 210 into tracks 280 so that goods located on the goods support 210 are separated from one another by the tracks 280. The shelf 200 can furthermore have a functional part 290, for example a goods stopper, which is preferably located on the front side 300 of the shelf 200. There also an information carrier 310, for example in the manner of a price label or a price rail, can be provided on the shelf 200.
[0050] The shelf 200 is suitable for use as a shelf in a sliding rack. In a sliding rack the shelves are arranged in a sloping position, wherein the bearing surface thereof slopes downwards towards the front side. As a result, the rear goods in a row of goods slide along when a front item is removed from the row of goods.
[0051] If the shelf 200 is used on a sliding rack and the shelf 200 has the functional part 290 or the goods stopper, this goods stopper serves to stop the sliding movement of goods on the goods support 210. As a result of the sloping position of the shelf 200 in a sliding rack, the goods press against the goods stopper as a result of their own weight, which prevents the goods from falling out on the front side 300 of the shelf located underneath.
[0052] For example, the shelf 200 can be installed in a sliding rack in such a manner that the shelf 200 in the region of its front side 300 rests on a connecting means, for example a transverse strut, and in the region of its rear end is attached to the sliding shelf, in particular shelf supports of the sliding shelf. To this end, the shelf 200 in the region of its rear end can have at least one attachment point 320.
[0053] For example, the attachment point 320 is formed by a part of a bayonet connection so that the other part of the bayonet mounted on the sliding shelf, by insertion at the attachment point 320 and displacement of the shelf 200 in the backwards direction, enters into a positively secured end position and the desired positive connection is thereby achieved.
[0054] As can be seen in particular from a combination of Figures 1 and 2, the shelf frame 100 comprises two shelf elements 1 and 110 which are used as frame parts of the shelf frame 100. The shelf elements 1 and 110 are connected to one another via side parts 120 and 130 to form the shelf frame 100.
[0055] Figure 3 shows the shelf 200 in a front region which is characterized by “A” in Figure 2. As can be seen from this in particular, the shelf element 1 on the one hand serves as a frame part for the shelf frame 100. At the same time, the shelf element 1 serves as a holder for the functional part 290 or the goods stopper and also as a holder for the information carrier 310 or the price label. Furthermore, the shelf element 1 is used to attach the goods separator 270.
[0056] Figure 4 shows the shelf element 1 in perspective view. Figure 5 shows the shelf element 1 in a cross-sectional view. As can be seen, the shelf element 1 is configured to be elongate and has an elongate base body 2 and a material portion 3 which is arranged on the base body 2 to form an in particular elongate plug-in receptacle 4 which is open in the direction of a longitudinal side of the base body 2, in particular attached to the base body 2. The plug-in receptacle 4 is used to receive a functional part, such as for example a goods separator 270 and/or an information carrier such as, for example, the price label 310. In particular, the plug-in receptacle 4 extends with its longitudinal extension in the longitudinal direction of the base body 2. The plug-in receptacle 4 can be configured to be open at the end in the longitudinal extension of the shelf element 1 or in the longitudinal extension of the base body 2.
[0057] The shelf element 1 is produced from an extruded blank, wherein the plug-in receptacle 4 is formed by extrusion. Preferably the base body 2 and also the material portion 3 are also formed by extrusion. Preferably the extruded blank consists of aluminium or an aluminium alloy. Preferably the material portion 3 is configured to be continuous in the longitudinal extension of the shelf element 1 and preferably straight, for example, in the form of a plate element.
[0058] The shelf element 1 has a cavity 5 running in the longitudinal direction thereof, which is used to receive, in a fastening manner, a connecting means for attaching an add-on part, a shelf component and/or a rack component. Preferably the cavity 5 is provided in the region of a transition 12 between the base body 2 and the material portion 3. Preferably the cavity 5 is formed by extrusion.
[0059] The shelf element 1 can have another cavity 6 running in the longitudinal extension thereof, which is also used to receive, in a fastening manner, a connecting means for attaching an add-on part, a shelf component and/or a rack component. The further cavity 6 can be arranged at a distance from the cavity 5. The cavity 6 can also be formed by extrusion.
[0060] The cavities 5 and 6 enable a fastening of the shelf element 1 with respect to the side parts 120 and 130 of the shelf frame 100, as indicated in Figure 1. Connecting means 50 can be seen there, which pass from outside through the through-holes in the side walls 120 and 130 and engage in the cavities 5 and 6 of the shelf element 1 to form a fastening. For example, the connecting means can be configured as screw elements which are screwed into a counter-thread of the cavities 5 and 6. The connecting means 50 can also be thread-cutting screw elements so that with the screwing of the screw elements into the cavity 5 or 6, at the same time the counterthread is produced in the cavity 5 or 6.
[0061] The base body 2 is configured as a U-profile which is open at the front, having a substantially U-shaped cross-section and a longitudinal extension running substantially transversely thereto, in particular running perpendicular thereto. The U-shaped base body 2 then has two legs 7 and 8 which emanate from a common intermediate portion 9. One of the legs 7 and 8, for example the leg 7, forms together with the material portion 3 the plug-in receptacle 4, by the material portion 3 extending from a region at the end 16 of the leg 7 to form the bottom of the plug-in receptacle 4. According to the invention, the plug-in receptacle 4 is arranged to be open in the opposite direction with respect to the U-shaped cross-section of the base body 2. By this means, it is possible to insert a functional part and/or information carrier from the goods bearing surface 220 of the goods support 210, wherein the intermediate portion 9 with its outer side can at the same time be used as a support for the goods support 210, as can be seen for example from Figures 2 and 3.
[0062] As can be seen in particular from Figure 5, the leg 7 of the U-shaped base body 2 can be at an angle W of more than 90 degrees to the intermediate portion 9. For example, the angle W can have a value of about 90.5 degrees to about 95.0 degrees. In the exemplary embodiment according to Figure 5, for example, an angle of about 93 degrees is achieved.
[0063] Preferably the material portion 3 and the leg 7 are configured to run substantially parallel to one another at least with regard to their wall surfaces which lie opposite one another and form the inner sides of the plug-in receptacle 4. As a result of the slight inclination of the leg 7 with respect to the intermediate portion 9, the material portion 3 or at least the inner wall side 10 formed by the material portion 3 and preferably also the inner wall side 11 of the plug-in receptacle 4 formed by the leg 7 have a corresponding slight inclination so that the functional part 290 introduced into the plug-in receptacle 4 or the goods stopper are slightly inclined in a slight inclination in the direction of the goods which can be arranged on the goods support 210, as can be seen for example from Figures 2 and 3.
[0064] As can be seen in particular from Figure 5, at least one of the cavities 5 and 6, for example, the cavity 6 can be formed by a wall 14, which has a bulge 13 with regard to at least one wall side 15. Preferably the wall 14 is curved outwardly due to the bulge 13. For example, the wall 14 can be formed by a tube configured to be cylindrical in cross-section which has been formed in the course of the extrusion process.
[0065] As can be seen in particular from Figure 4, the shelf element 1 on its base body 2 has a plurality of elongate through-openings 17 which run with their longitudinal extension transversely to the longitudinal extension of the base body 2. Preferably the through-openings 17 are arranged to run substantially parallel to one another. The through-openings 17 can be formed on the intermediate portion 9 and/or on the leg 8 of the U-shaped base body 2. Preferably the through-openings 17 have been incorporated in the extruded blank for example by milling, drilling, cutting or similar processes. The goods separators 270 can be fastened to the through-openings 17 for example, by inserting one end of a goods separator 270, in particular a plate-shaped end into one of the through-openings 17, as can be seen for example from Figures 2 and 3.
[0066] As can be seen in particular from Figure 2, the further shelf element 110 can be produced in the same way as the shelf element 1. The further shelf element 110 can also be structurally the same and/or functionally the same as the shelf element 1. The further shelf element 110 can also in this respect be an extruded part or at least based on an extruded blank.
[0067] Alternatively the further shelf element 110 can be configured identically to the shelf element 1 but without the material portion 3 and therefore without the plug-in receptacle 4 which is provided in the shelf element 1.
[0068] For example, the further shelf element 110 - like the shelf element 1 - can be configured to be substantially U-shaped in cross-section and have a longitudinal extension running transversely thereto, in particular perpendicular thereto. Likewise the cavities 5 and 6 provided on the shelf element 1 can in the same way also be provided on the further shelf element 110.
[0069] Figure 6 shows the goods support 210 in perspective view. Figure 7 shows a section from the rim region of the goods support 210 which is characterized by “B” in Figure 6. Figure 8 shows the goods support 210 in a cross-sectional view. As can be seen from Figures 6, 7 and 8, the goods support 210 can be configured to be flat with its bearing surface 220. Preferably the goods support 210 is configured to be angular, for example, square, wherein at the sides the rims 230, 240, 250 and 260 protrude upwards and/or downwards from the bearing surface 220. To this end, the rims 230, 240, 250 and 260 can be tilted by bending deformation.
[0070] Preferably at least one of the rims 230 and 240 which in the installed state of the goods support 210 are facing the shelf elements 1 and 110, is tilted downwards. The downwardly projecting rim 230 or 240 can then engage in the respective plug-in receptacle 4 of the shelf element 1 or 110. As a result, a positioning of the goods support 210 relative to the shelf frame 100 is accomplished. To this end, the plug-in receptacle 4 of the shelf elements 1 or 110 can have a recess 19 in one of the side walls of the plug-in receptacle 4. Preferably the recess 19 is formed in the side wall of the plug-in receptacle 4 which is formed by the base body 2, as can be seen in particular from Figure 5. The recess 19 can be formed by an incision or an undercut of the side wall.
[0071] Preferably the rims 250 and 260 of the goods support 210 pointing towards the side parts 120 and 130 of the shelf 200 are tilted so that they project upwards from the bearing surface 220. As a result, the rims 250 and 260 serve as a lateral boundary for goods on the goods support 210.
[0072] Preferably the goods support 210 has through-openings 17’ arranged consecutively in a row, which can each be configured as an elongate hole and lie with their longitudinal extension transversely to the course of the row, wherein the through-openings 17’ can be arranged to run parallel to one another. The row with the through-openings 17’ can be provided in the region of a rim on the goods bearing surface 220 which is for example assigned to the tilted rim 230.
[0073] In the same configuration, through-openings 18’ can be provided in the same configuration on the rim region opposite thereto. The through-openings 18’ are also arranged consecutively in a row, wherein the longitudinal extension thereof is substantially transverse to the longitudinal extension of the row. The through-openings 18’ are for example assigned to the rim region on which the tilted edge 240 is located.
[0074] The through-openings 17’ and 18’ are dimensioned in such a manner that the goods support 210 placed on the shelf frame 100 via the through-openings 17’ each form a passage through the through-openings 17 of the shelf element 1 and via the through-openings 18’ each form a passage through the through-openings (not visible in the figures) of the further shelf element 110. This enables the ends of the goods separator 270 to be inserted.
[0075] As can be seen from Figure 8 in particular, the downwardly bent rims 230 and 240 can be at an angle W’ to the bearing surface 220 which is greater than 90 degrees. If the shelf element 1 and/or the further shelf element 110 have a slightly inclined wall, as can be seen for example in the design according to Figure 5, the inclination of the rims 230 or 240 is preferably performed in a corresponding manner or at least performed to such an extent that the rims 230 and 240 can engage without jamming in the respective plug-in receptacle 4 of the shelf element 1 or further shelf element 110.
[0076] Figure 9 shows the side part 120 of the shelf frame 100 in a view of the side facing the goods support 210. Figure 10 shows the side part 120 in a sectional view. The side part 120 has through-openings 140 in order to achieve therein the connecting means 50 for fastening the side part 120 to the shelf element 1 and the further shelf element 110.
[0077] The side part 120 furthermore has through-openings 150 to which any transverse struts can be fastened. The through-openings 150 can have a first region which is configured as an insertion opening for a transverse strut. The transverse struts can be pushed through this insertion region even when the side part 120 is already mounted on the shelf 200. The through-openings 150 preferably have a second smaller-dimensioned passage region in which a transverse strut with a connecting element arranged at the end can be engaged, for example, in order to achieve a positive connection with the side part 120.
[0078] The side part 120 can have a protrusion 160 on the side facing the goods support 210. The protrusion 160 can serve as a spacer for the goods which can be placed on the goods support 210, whereby the side part 120 merely comes to abut against the adjoining goods by means of the protrusion 160. The protrusion 160 can be configured to be elongate, for example, by the longitudinal extension of the protrusion 160 running in the longitudinal extension of the side part 120. The protrusion 160 thereby brings about a reinforcement or stiffening of the side part 120. For example, the protrusion 160 can be configured as a beading.
[0079] The side part 120 can have a protrusion 180 in the region of its longitudinal outwardly projecting end, which faces the goods support 210. The protrusion 180 can serve as a spacer for goods which can be placed on the goods support 210, whereby the side part 120 merely comes to abut against the adjoining goods by means of the protrusion 180. The protrusion 180 can be configured to be elongate, for example, by the longitudinal extension of the protrusion 180 running in the longitudinal extension of the side part 120. For example, the protrusion 180 can be configured as an end thickening. This brings about a reinforcement or stiffening of the side part 120. This also brings about protection from injury for users of the rack.
[0080] Preferably the side part 120 is formed from an extruded blank, which for example can have been treated in further processing steps. In the same way, the side part 130 can be formed by an extruded blank. In particular, the side parts 120 and 130 are preferably extruded parts.
[0081] Furthermore, on the side facing the goods support 210 the side part 120 can have a recess 170. Preferably the recess 170 runs in the longitudinal extension of the side part 120 and is used to receive an upstanding rim of the goods support 210, for example of the rim 250 or 260. Preferably the side part 130 is configured to be structurally the same and/or functionally the same as the side part 120.
[0082] Figure 11 shows another possible embodiment of a shelf element 1’ which is suitable as a frame part for a shelf frame, for example, the shelf frame 100 of the shelf 200 according to Figure 1.
[0083] The shelf element 1’ according to Figure 11 differs from the shelf element 1 according to the preceding figures inter alia because the cavity 5 provided there for receiving, in a fastening manner, a connecting means for attaching an add-on part, a shelf component and/or a rack component which form the leg 8 of the U-shaped base body 2, is offset towards the inside so that the inwardly directed wall side has a bulge 13’.
[0084] The shelf element Γ according to Figure 11 differs from the shelf element 1 according to the previous figure inter alia in that the cavity 6 is arranged in the region of the inner side of the leg 7 so that the wall 14 forming the cavity 6 has the bulge 13 with regard to the inner side of the leg 7. Preferably furthermore the distance of the cavity 5 from the goods support 210 or the intermediate portion 9 is somewhat greater than the distance of the goods support 210 or the intermediate portion 9 with respect to the cavity 6.
[0085] Figure 12 shows another possible embodiment of a shelf 200’ which in the same way as the shelf 200 according to Figure 1 is formed by means of the shelf frame 100. With regard to the structure and the function of the shelf frame 100, reference is made to the explanations to the previous figures.
[0086] The shelf 200’ according to Figure 12 differs from the shelf 200 according to Figure 1 inter alia in that a goods support 210’ is provided which is formed by at least one, preferably at least two roller tracks 340. The respective roller track 340 has a plurality of rollers arranged consecutively in a row, wherein the central axis of the rollers is arranged transversely to the row. The roller track 340 can have the rollers each mounted rotatably or in a rotationally fixed manner. On the roller tracks 340 goods located thereon roll or slide, for example, when the shelf 200’ is arranged in a sliding rack, so that the shelf is therefore located in an inclined position.
[0087] The roller tracks 340 are arranged at the end on the shelf elements 1 and 110, for example, inserted in the through-openings 17 of the shelf elements 1 and 110. The shelf 200’ can in the same way also be fitted with the shelf element 1’ according to Figure 11 and a further shelf element configured in the same way, for example also without the plug-in receptacle 4, as can be seen from Figure 13. In order to stabilize the shelf frame 200’, a plurality of transverse struts 350 are provided between the side parts 120 and 130 which for example can be suspended at the end in the corresponding through-openings 150 of the side parts 120 and 130.
