- Planar Illumination Modules (AREA)
Claims (22)
1. Belysningsanordning (1), der omfatter: - en faststoflyskilde (3); - en bærer (2), hvorpå faststoflyskilden (3) er anbragt, hvilken bærer (2) har en relativt stor forside sammenlignet med dens kantside, således at en mængde varme, der er genereret aflyskilden (3), overføres ind i bæreren (2); - faststoflyskilden (3) er anbragt på forsiden afbæreren (2), - et afdækningselement (5a, 5b), der er placeret på bæreren (2) og anbragt i det samme plan som bæreren (20, hvorved lyskilden (3) er anbragt mellem bæreren (2) og en lysudsendende del af afdækningselementet (5a, 5b), hvilket afdækningselement (5a, 5b) indeslutter bæreren (2) og faststoflyskilden (3) og omfatter en første og en anden afdækningsdel, der er tilpasset til at blive fastgjort til hinanden og til at være i kontakt med henholdsvis forsiden og bagsiden afbæreren (2), således at der eksisterer en varmegrænseflade mellem bæreren (2) og afdækningselementet (5a, 5b), hvilket afdækningselement (5 a, 5b) har en ydre overflade, der er en del af ydersiden af belysningsanordningen (1), og har en indre overflade, der er modsat den ydre overflade og er i varmekontakt med forsiden afbæreren, således at varmegrænsefladen dannes, - et forbindelseselement (6) med en fast position i forhold til bæreren for mekanisk og elektrisk at forbinde belysningsanordningen med en fatning, hvor, - varmegrænsefladen er indrettet til derigennem at overføre størstedelen af varme overført ind i bæreren (2) fra lyskilden.
2. Belysningsanordning ifølge krav 1, hvor bæreren (2) omfatter et varmeledende materiale med en første varmeledningskoefficient og afdækningselementet (5a, 5b) med en anden varmeledningskoefficient, hvor den første varmeledningskoefficient er større end den anden varmeledningskoefficient.
3. Belysningsanordning ifølge krav 2, hvor den første varmeledningskoefficient ligger i intervallet fra 100-300 W/mK, fortrinsvis mellem 160 og 240 W/mK, og den anden varmeledningskoefficient ligger i intervallet fra 0,2-10 W/mK, fortrinsvis mellem 0,5 og 5 W/mK.
4. Belysningsanordning ifølge krav 2 eller 3, hvor det varmeledende materiale er anbragt som varmeledende lag på bæreren (2).
5. Belysningsanordning ifølge krav 4, hvor det varmeledende lag er elektrisk forbundet med faststoflyskilden (3).
6. Belysningsanordning ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor et varmegrænseflademateriale, TIM, er indrettet til at fylde et rum mellem afdækningselementet (5a, 5b) og bæreren (2).
7. Belysningsanordning ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, der endvidere omfatter: - en anden faststoflyskilde (3) anbragt på en bagside afbæreren (2), der er modsat forsiden, - et andet afdækningselement (5b) placeret på bæreren (2), hvorved den anden lyskilde er anbragt mellem bæreren (2) og en lysudsendende del af det andet afdækningselement (5b), således at der eksisterer en varmegrænseflade mellem bæreren og det andet afdækningselement, - det andet afdækningselement med en anden ydre overflade, der er en anden del af ydersiden af belysningsanordningen og har en anden indre overflade, der er modsat den anden ydre overflade og er i varmekontakt med bærerens bagside, således at den anden varmegrænseflade dannes.
8. Belysningsanordning ifølge krav 7, hvor afdækningselementet (5a) og det andet afdækningselement (5b) er tilpasset til at blive fastgjort til hinanden og til at indeslutte bæreren (2).
9. Belysningsanordning ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor mindst 50 %, fortrinsvis 90 % af forsiden afbæreren (2) er i varmekontakt med den indre overflade af afdækningselementet (5 a, 5b).
10. Belysningsanordning ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor bæreren (2) er et substrat, en plade, printplade eller en aluminiumsspreder, der er forsynet med en PCB-keme og et kobberlag.
11. Belysningsanordning ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor afdækningselementet (5a, 5b) omfatter et fremspring (9), der er tilpasset til at strække sig gennem en åbning i bæreren for at justere bæreren i forhold til afdækningselementet.
12. Belysningsanordning ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor belysningsanordningen har en længdeakse, der passerer gennem forbindelseselementet (6), og bæreren (2) er placeret parallelt med længdeaksen (Al).
13. Belysningsanordning ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, der endvidere omfatter en anden bærer (15, 19) med en anden for- og bagside placeret parallelt med længdeaksen (Al) og med mindst én supplerende faststoflyskilde anbragt på den anden forside.
14. Belysningsanordning ifølge krav 13, hvor den anden bærer (15, 19) er anbragt parallelt med bæreren (2).
15. Belysningsanordning ifølge krav 13, hvor den anden bærer (15, 19) er anbragt vinkelret i forhold til bæreren.
16. Belysningsanordning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-11, hvor belysningsanordningen (1) har en længdeakse (Al), der passerer gennem forbindelseselementet (6), og bæreren (2) er placeret på tværs i forhold til længdeaksen.
17. Belysningsanordningen ifølge krav 1-11, hvor belysningsanordningen har en længdeakse, der passerer gennem forbindelseselementet (6) og bæreren (2) er en cylinder med en akse, der falder sammen med længdeaksen.
18. Belysningsanordning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-12, hvor bæreren er en dobbeltspiralformet overflade placeret parallelt med længdeaksen.
19. Belysningsanordning ifølge krav 18, hvor dobbeltspiraloverfladen har en første ende, der peger i retningen af forbindelseselementet, og en anden ende, der peger væk fra forbindelseselementet, hvor de respektive orienteringer af dobbeltspiraloverfladen vinkelret på længdeaksen ved den første ende og ved den anden ende adskiller sig fra hinanden med en vinkel, der ligger i intervallet mellem 15° og 360°.
20. Belysningsanordning ifølge krav 19, hvor de respektive orienteringer adskiller sig fra hinanden med en vinkel, der ligger i intervallet mellem 60° og 180°, fortrinsvis ca. 90° og mest fortrinsvis ca. 120°.
21. Belysningsanordning ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, der omfatter en anden faststoflyskilde, hvor belysningsanordningen omfatter elektriske forbindelser til uafhængigt at forsyne faststoflyskilden og den anden faststoflyskilde med strøm.
22. Belysningsanordning ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, der omfatter en anden faststoflyskilde, hvor belysningsanordningen omfatter en styreenhed til individuel styring af faststoflyskilden og den anden faststoflyskilde.
