Claims (12)
1. Doseringsenhed (100) til et ambulatorisk infusionssystem, omfattende: - en målepumpeenhed (110), pumpeenheden omfattende en doseringscylinder (112) og et stempel (111), stemplet (111) er indrettet i tætnet glideindgreb inde i doseringscylinderen (112); - en ventilenhed (120), ventilenheden (120) har en fyldningsåbning (127b), fyldningsåbningen er udformet til fluid kobling med et flydende lægemiddelreservoir (300), en tømningsåbning (127c), tømningsåbningen (127c) er udformet til fluid kobling med en infusionssted-brugerflade (890), og et afbryderlegeme (126), afbryderlegemet (126) er bevægeligt mellem en fyldningsposition hvor det fluidt kobler fyldningsåbningen (127b) med doseringscylinderen (112) og en alternativ tømningsposition hvor det fluidt kobler doseringscylinderen (112) med tømningsåbningen (127c); kendetegnet ved - en ventildriverkobling (125), ventildriverkoblingen (125) er koblet til eller integreret med afbryderlegemet og er outputelementet af en omskiftermekanisme, hvor ventildriverkoblingen (125) omfatter en måleslids (125c) til måling med en målestift (225c) afen ventildriver (225) som drivelement af trinomskiftermekanismen, således at måleslidsen (125c) og målestiften (225c) er i måleindgreb kun temporært ved omskiftning og over del af en fuld drejning af drivelementet og ellers er frakoblet.
2. Doseringsenhed (100) ifølge krav 1, hvor ventildriverkoblingen (125) omfatter et stjernehjul eller et stjernehjulafsnit, et Geneva-type hjul eller et Geneva-type hjulafsnit.
3. Doseringsenhed (100) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor afbryderlegemet (126) er udformet som generelt cylindrisk legeme.
4. Doseringsenhed (100) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor afbryderlegemet (126) er fremstillet af hårdt materiale, især hårdt plast, og en afbryderlegeme-kontaktflade af et ventilhus (127) er fremstillet af blødt materiale, især gummi eller termoplastiske elastomerer.

9. Drivenhed (200) ifølge krav 8, hvor drivenheden (200) er udformet til frigørlig kobling med doseringsenheden (100).
10. Ambulatorisk infusionssystem til infusion af et flydende lægemiddel i en patients legeme over en længere tidsperiode, hvilket infusionssystem omfatter en doseringsenhed (100) ifølge krav 7 og en drivenhed (200) ifølge krav 9.
11. Ambulatorisk infusionssystem ifølge krav 10, hvor ventildriveren (225) og ventildriverkoblingen (125) er i en ikke-måletilstand under koblingen af doseringsenheden (100) og drivenheden (200).
12. Fremgangsmåde til kobling af en doseringsenhed (100) ifølge et af kravene 1 til 7 og en drivenhed (200) ifølge et af kravene 8 til krav 9, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: - tilvejebringe drivenheden (200) og doseringsenheden (100) som strukturelt adskilte enheder; - udføre en koblingsbevægelse, koblingsbevægelsen bringer drivenheden (200) og målepumpeenheden (110) i en operationel relativ position, koblingsbevægelsen yderligere bringer ventildriveren (225) og ventildriverkoblingen (125) i en operationel relativ position, hvor ventildriveren (225) og ventildriverkoblingen (125) er i en ikke-indgribende konfiguration under koblingsbevægelsen.
