Claims (10)

1. En hydraulisk bremsekaliper til et vindenergianlaeg, hvor bremsekaliperen (11) omfatter: en cylinderboring (3); en bremseklods (9) eller er indrettet til at optage en bremseklods (9); et stempel (1) med et stempelhoved (la) og et stempelskort (Ib), hvor stemplet (1) modtages i cylinderboringen (3) i en orientering, hvor bremsehovedet vender mod bremseklodsen (9), og stempelskortet (Ib) straekker sig fra stempelhovedet (la) i en retning vaek fra bremseklodsen (9), og en fluidumforbindelse (4) forbundet med eller som kan forbindes med en kilde til hydraulisk fluidum for at lede hydraulisk fluidum ind i cylinderboringens (3) hulrum under stempelhovedet (Ib) for at bevaege stemplet, hvor stemplet (1) er lavet i det mindste delvist af et polymermateriale eller polymermaterialer, kendetegnet ved, at i det mindste en del af stempelskortet (la) stpder op til og er forspaendt mod cylinderboringens (3) vaeg lang en omkreds af cylinderboringen (3) for at tilvejebringe en hydraulisk fluidumforsegling mellem stemplet (1) og cylinderboringen (3).

3. En hydraulisk bremsekaliper til et vindenergianlaeg ifolge ethvert af de foregaende krav, hvor stemplet er en lagdelt konstruktion omfattende et kernemateriale af polymer, som er hardere end et ydre lag, fortrinsvist lavet af en polyester-elastomer.
4. En hydraulisk bremsekaliper til et vindenergianlaeg ifolge krav 3, hvor polymeren er en termoplastisk polyesterresin (PBT), polyoxymethylen (POM), polysulfon (PSU), polyfenylsulfid (PPS) eller en kombination heraf, fortrinsvist forstaerket med glasfibre, aramidfibre og/eller kulfibre, og polyester-elastomeren er en termoplastisk polyurethan (TPU), nitrilgummi, Vitongummi og/eller en termoplastisk polyester-elastomer (TPE-E).
5. En hydraulisk bremsekaliper til et vindenergianlaeg ifolge ethvert af de foregaende krav, hvor stempelskortets (Ib) ydre overflade er keglestubformet med den laveste del af stempelskortet havende den bredeste dimensión, og den del af stempelskortet, der stoder op til og forspaendes mod cylinderboringens (3) vaeg, er den laveste del af skortet.
6. En hydraulisk bremsekaliper til et vindenergianlaeg ifolge ethvert af de foregaende krav, hvor stemplet omfatter en ringformet udbulning (5), fortrinsvist udformet integreret med stemplet, ved stempelskortet (Ib) og omkransende stemplet (1), hvor den ringformede udbulning (5) stoder op til og er forspaendt mod cylinderboringens (3) vaeg.

En hydraulisk bremsekaliper til et vindenergianlaeg ifolge krav 6, hvor forspaendingen mod vaeggen af den ringformede ulbulning (5) er tilvejebragt af dimensionen af den ringformede udbulning (5) er storre end dimensionen af cylinderboringen (3), sa den ringformede udbulning (5) komprimeres, nar stemplet (1) er optaget i cylinderboringen (3).
8. En hydraulisk bremsekaliper til et vindenergianlaeg ifolge krav 6 eller 7, hvor kaliperen (11) omfatter en draenkanal (7) til at draene fluidum og er i fluidumforbindelse med et draenelement (6), der omgiver stempelskortet (Ib) i en position under den ringformede udbulning (6).
