Skumkerne til en lamineret kompositartikel, hvor skumkernen har modsatte hovedoverflader, hvor hver overflade har et netværk af formstøbte riller deri, som danner et diamantformet gittermønster på hver af de modsatte hovedoverflader, hvor netværket af riller omfatter et første sæt af indbyrdes parallelle første riller og et andet sæt af indbyrdes parallelle andre riller, hvor de første og andre riller er indbyrdes hældende i en spids vinkel og krydser hinanden for at danne en indretning afen flerhed af diamantformer derimellem, og et tredje sæt af indbyrdes parallelle tredje riller, der strækker sig i en langsgående retning, hvor hver tredje rille krydser en flerhed af tilgrænsende skæringspunkter af de første og andre riller og, ved hvert skæringspunkt, halverer den spidse vinkel mellem de første og andre riller, og skumkernen yderligere omfatter en indretning af gennemgangshuller, der strækker sig gennem tykkelsen afskumkernen mellem de modsatte hovedoverflader, hvor mindst nogle, eventuelt alle, af de form støbte rillerer prægede riller dannet ved at trykke skum kernens respektive overflade indad.
2. Skumkerne ifølge krav 1, hvor afstanden mellem de første riller er den samme som afstanden mellem de andre riller, eventuelt hvor afstanden er fra 20 til 50 mm, yderligere eventuelt fra 25 til 40 mm, dog yderligere eventuelt ca. 35 mm.
3. Skumkerne ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor den spidse vinkel ligger i området fra 45 til 80 grader, typisk ca. 60 grader.
4. Skumkerne ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor hver rilles skæringspunkt omfatter et skæringspunkt af første, andre og tredje riller.
5. Skumkerne ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor (i) rilleskæringspunkterne er anbragt i afstand i længderetningen af de tredje riller med en afstand, som er større end afstanden mellem rilleskæringspunkterne i den tværgående retning, som er ortogonal i forhold til længderetningen; og/eller (ii) rilleskæringspunkterne er anbragt i afstand i længderetningen af de tredje riller med en afstand på fra 50 til 150 mm, eventuelt fra 60 til 100 mm, yderligere eventuelt ca. 80 mm; og/eller (iii) afstanden mellem de tredje riller er fra 10 til 30 mm, eventuelt fra 15 til 25 mm, yderligere eventuelt ca. 20 mm; og/eller (iv) rillerne har en dybde på fra 0,5 til 2,5 mm, eventuelt fra 1 til 2 mm, yderligere eventuelt ca. 1,5 mm; og/eller (v) rillerne har en bredde på fra 0,25 til 2 mm, eventuelt fra 0,5 til 1,5 mm, yderligere eventuelt ca. 1 mm; og/eller (vi) sidevæggene af hver rille består af utilskårede, trykdeformerede cellevægge; og/eller (vii) netværket af riller på en hovedoverflade flugtes med netværket af riller på den modsatte hovedoverflade.
6. Skumkerne ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor (i) gennemgangshullerne er indrettet i en rektangulær indretning, som har en periodicitet, der svarer til en periodicitet af netværket af riller; og/eller (ii) gennemgangshullerne ikke flugter med rillerne; og/eller (iii) gennemgangshullerne typisk har en indvendig diameter på fra 0,5 til 2 mm, eventuelt ca. 1 mm; og/eller (iv) gennemgangshullerne er anbragt i afstand med en afstand på fra 10 til 50 mm, eventuelt ca. 20 mm.
7. Skumkerne ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor gennemgangshullerne er stanset ind igennem skumkernens tykkelse.
8. Skumkerne ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor skumkernen er sammensat af en lukket celleskum af et termoplastisk materiale.
9. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en skumkerne til en lamineret komposit-artikel ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter et trin, hvor en matrice trykkes ind i hver modsat hovedoverflade af et lag af skum, hvor matricen har en hævet matriceoverflade svarende til en del af netværket af riller deri.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 9, hvor matricen omfatter mindst en roterende matrice, eventuelt hvor matricen omfatter et par af modsatte roterende matricer med en spalte derimellem til gennemgang for laget af skum derigennem, yderligere eventuelt hvor en rotation af parret af modsatte roterende matricer transporterer laget afskum gennem spalten i en prægeproces.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 9 eller krav 10, hvor fremgangsmåden yderligere omfatter et trin, hvor en indretning af nålelignende stansehuller stanses igennem laget af skum for at danne en indretning af gennemgangshullerne.
12. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling afen lamineret kompositartikel, hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter de følgende trin: (a) at tilvejebringe en oplægningsenhed omfattende skumkernen ifølge et af kravene 1 til 8 lagt i sandwichform mellem modsatte første og andre lag omfattende fiberforstærkning; (b) at underkaste oplægningsenheden et vakuum i en indkapsling; og (c) at vakuuminfundere en flydende infusionsresin i de første og andre lag ved at tilvejebringe en kilde af resinen på en første side af indkapslingen og vakuummet på en modsat anden side af indkapslingen, hvor resinen flyder langs netværket af prægede riller i hver modsat hovedoverflade fra den første side til den anden side.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 12, hvor hver rille af netværket er orienteret, eller har en komponent deraf orienteret, i en resinstrømningsretning, der strækker sig fra den første side til den anden side.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 12 eller krav 13, hvor det tredje sæt af indbyrdes parallelle tredje riller strækker sig i en langsgående resinstrømningsretning, der strækker sig fra den første side til den anden side.
