Claims (15)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et enzymprodukt, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter trinnene submers fermentering af en Aspergillus tubingensis-stamme med deponeringsadgangsnummer CBS123488 i et fermenteringsmedium, hvilket medium omfatter vegetabilsk materiale omfattende cerealieklid og sukkerroepulp, til opnåelse af en fermenteringssuppe omfattende enzymproduktet.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvori enzymproduktet omfatter i det mindste følgende enzymaktiviteter: i. endo-polygalacturonase-aktivitet, ii. exo-polygalacturonase-aktivitet, iii. pectinesterase-aktivitet, iv. pectin-lyase-aktivitet, v. cellulase-aktivitet, vi. xylanase-aktivitet og vii. arabinanase-aktivitet.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-2, hvori det vegetabilske materiale i fermenteringsmediet er en blanding af cerealieklid og sukkerroepulp i et forhold på omkring 20:80 til 80:20.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-3, hvori enzymproduktet udvindes i form af en cellefri suppe fra fermenteringssuppen.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-4, hvori fermenteringsmediet omfatter sukkerroepulp i intervallet 1-30 vægt/vægt%, 2-8 vægt/vægt% eller 3-7 vægt/vægt%.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-5, hvori sukkerroepulpen har et sukkerindhold på 0,5-20 vægt/vægt% eller 2-8 vægt/vægt%.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-6, hvori cerealiekliddet er hvedeklid.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-7, hvori sukkerroepulpen har et arabinanindhold på 5-40 vægt/vægt% og/eller hvori hvedekliddet har et arabinanindhold på 2-20 vægt/vægt%.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-8, hvori fermenteringsmediet endvidere omfatter ammoniumsulfat og/eller kaliumnitrat.
10. Enzymprodukt omfattende mindst følgende enzymaktiviteter: i. endo-polygalacturonase-aktivitet ii. exo-polygalacturonase-aktivitet iii. pectinesterase-aktivitet iv. pectin-lyase-aktivitet v. cellulase-aktivitet vi. xylanase-aktivitet vii. arabinanase-aktivitet og hvori enzymproduktet er et ekspressionsprodukt opnået ved submers fermentering af en Aspergillus tubingensis-stamme med deponeringsadgangsnummer CBS123488 i et medium, hvori mediet, som anvendes til den submerse fermentering, omfatter cerealieklid og sukkerroepulp.
11. Enzymproduktpræparat omfattende et enzymprodukt ifølge krav 10, en enzymbærer og eventuelt en stabilisator og/eller et konserveringsmiddel.
12. Anvendelse af et enzymprodukt ifølge krav 10 eller et enzymproduktpræparat ifølge krav 11 til nedbrydning af plantemateriale, som eventuelt er genetisk modificeret, såsom hvori plantematerialet er en plantecelle og/eller hvori plantematerialet er en plantecellevæg eller en del deraf.
13. Anvendelse af et enzymprodukt ifølge krav 10 eller et enzymproduktpræparat ifølge krav 11 til frigivelse af en forbindelse, såsom hvori forbindelsen er en biologisk aktiv forbindelse eller et forstadie derfor, eller såsom hvori forbindelsen er en farmaceutisk aktiv forbindelse.
14. Anvendelse af et enzymprodukt ifølge krav 10 eller et enzymproduktpræparat ifølge krav 11 til nedbrydning af affald.
15. Anvendelse af et enzymprodukt ifølge krav 10 eller et enzymproduktpræparat ifølge krav 11 under fremstilling af frugtsaft og/eller vin i trinnene ekstraktion og/eller flydendegørelse af frugt og/eller frugtsaftklaring.
